Open Houses You’re invited to visit Polaris in-person beginning in January of 2021. Each smaller school event will run from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. Below are those events and dates: • Berea-Midpark Titans Night at Polaris Tuesday, January 12 • Brooklyn Hurricanes Night at Polaris Wednesday, January 13 • Fairview Warriors Night at Polaris Thursday, January 14 • North Olmsted Eagles Night at Polaris Tuesday, January 19 • Olmsted Falls Bulldogs Night at Polaris Wednesday, January 20 • Strongsville Mustangs Night at Polaris Thursday, January 21
Registration Interested students can apply online now by visiting www.polaris.edu/register. Applications will not be reviewed until February 2021. Acceptance into Polaris programs will be based on each student’s Polaris Success Rubric score. A copy of the rubric can be found on our website. Applications will continue to be accepted until the start of next school year on a space available basis.
Career-Technical Enrollment Limits The vast majority of Polaris career-technical programs can enroll up to 25 students. When more than 25 students select a specific program, it is deemed over-subscribed. Students who select an over-subscribed program will be placed on a waiting list for future enrollment consideration.
Student Fees There is no tuition cost to attend Polaris. However, all programs will require fees to cover the cost of tools, uniforms, workbooks, etc. Payment plans can be established through the Polaris Treasurer’s Office.
Transportation Busing to and from Polaris is provided by your school district. A $25 Polaris parking permit must be purchased if you plan to drive to school.
