Year: 2019 Graduation project AWARD-WINNING PROJECT FOR e International Competition of the Best Graduation Projects under the International Public Association for the Promotion of Architectural Education of the Russian Federation
Tourist & Recreational center Yantarniy e project is about nding balance between the blue Baltic sea, a crystal clear lake and human beings. Inspired by its unique location, the masterplan has been carefully considered to pro t from the steep terrain and the existing pond.
e hotel is a central feature of the resort. e so curving lines of the south-facing elevation give the facade a sculptural and eroded amorphous gure that echoes with the narrative qualities of its waterside location in the building’s uid architectural form.
Old town
e resort contains the necessary guest attraction capabilites, such as restaurants, conference halls, SPA&Fitness center and retail facilities. It also seeks a good relationship of continuity with the existing ora and the paths that arrive to and mark out the intervention area. Survey scheme | An East Perspective View of the resort ◢

"ey say that in Siberia bears roam the roads… What nonsense! In Siberia there are no roads!" Locals call this old ironic joke about Siberia a "prejudice", because there roads as good as outstandingly beautiful sunny days. Sun is shinning about 2797 hours per year (means 117/365). ose amount is enough to reduce energy consumption around 30% Storage tank off.

e buildings are located along the edge of the site, creating large social gatherings within the courtyard the assembled buildings create. It provides protection from wind and optimizes the daylight that reaches each apartment.
Focused on skateboarding as the main activity, the place consists of two halls, with simple platforms for b e g i n n e r s , s e v e r a l r a mp s f o r advanced skaters and a pool. Above the skate-spot there is a green roof to improve sustainability and reduce heat gain and cooling load.

Agroles villa î ˘e design scope of 23,7 hectares by the Ob Sea, south of Novosibirsk city balances green and built spaces. î ˘e concept of the Master Plan provides
age a framework for up to 2500 dwellings of varying typologies, together with supp or t ing ret ai l, leisure and community facilities.
What makes the village unique is its location. e village is situated nearby e Karakan Pine forest on the coast of Novosibirsk Reservoir informally called the Ob Sea. It is one of the largest arti cial lakes of the Russian Federation. It is covering an area of 1070 km . e village is attractive for yacht and boat lovers.
