This 2018 project was all about branding a new concept for a mens facial skincare range. erase aimed to empower men and create a community, whereby the use of minimal makeup was celebrated, not discouraged. Natural, modern colours were used along with a bold, inviting typography to make the user experience enjoyable. The tone of voice was informal, with use of tongue ‘n’ cheek phrases to keep the experience fun and relaxed. I designed the branding, from the logo, typography and imagery, as well as all of the copy that would be used for the website and social media platforms.

We are removing the stigma surrounding men using beauty products, by creating an empowered, male community where men can enjoy everyday skin confidence through uncomplicated, natural and effective face care products.

It started with a single question:

WWW. erase. is a new online mens functional beauty brand that brings guys everyday confidence through five simple, affordable and effective products.

Forget the stigmas, men can use beauty products too. At erase. we are maleforward and aim to build a community of empowered men who embrace their use of functional beauty products and reject feminine stereotypes.

We use only the highest quality ingredients to give you the best products for less than competitors. We skip out on retailers and gimmicks to keep costs low, with one price that suits all.


The Northern Visuals project centred around delivering modern, dynamic copy to their new website in 2018. The tone of voice was formal, informative and professional. I wrote the copy for both the home page and their about page. The home page focused on providing succinct, eyecatching information about their services, in a colourful and interactive www.northernvisuals.co.uk



The brief for scrub love was centred around generating copy and colour schemes for the home page of their website, as well as a few introductory blog posts in 2016. The brand prides itself on their natural, organic approach to beauty and has a young female consumer base. Therefore, the tone of voice was quite informal and playful. As well as this, the writing style was simplistic and in small sections, in order to keep the consumers attention. www.uk.scrublove.com

The brief for Roccabox was to create a few blog posts surrounding beauty, their own products and new years resolutions for 2019. The tone of voice used was very informal, in order to appeal to the target consumer. The blog posts were relatable, short and informative. Martha’s babysitting is a new babysitting service set up in Leeds, UK. For this brief I had to design a logo, and some digital marketing material. The client gave me a desired colour palette, along with ideas of what they wanted the logo and poster to look like. I then designed the materials with this, and the target customer in mind. The colour palette was very neutral and child-like, along with playful typography and copy.


The brief for styled by amy was to create a name for the brand, two logos to use across multiple platforms and some business cards. The client is an interior stylist with a modern, simplistic style. They wanted the logo to be minimal with a two-tone colour palette. The typography needed to relay a highend, luxurious feel of the brand.

For this project, the aim was to bring some ideas to life about ways to liven up their blog page. I presented a range of digital collage ideas, which add a bit of flare and creativity to the blog, instead of the traditional words and one image framework. I used bright, fresh colours and created various shapes and drawings to accentuate certain images, along with writing engaging content for the blogs.
