BOOMING BERKSHIRE Once again, RCBPC has been facing anger from local residents after the local council gave the green light for the Club’s plans to increase their capacity from 5,000 to 9,999. Local residents are concerned the increased capacity will lead to an increase in road traffic and noise; one resident complained, ““The noise is already obtrusive and intrusive. It is excessive – they do not have a right to disturb people’s sleep.”
