The substructure on which the system will be mounted must be sealed on the perimeters with a suitable sealing tape (PC compatible i.e. kompri band ) to provide proper sealing against water entry and to avoid contact corrosion between the aluminium and the steel substructure. The mounting rail should be predrilled every 30 – 50 cm with larger holes ( 20 % larger) than the screw diameter in order to compensate the thermal expansion of the mounting rail. Should it be required that the mounting rails be joined, there must be an allowance for an expansion joint of approx. 3 - 5 mm (this value applies to an installation temperature of +20°C). The expansion joints must be sealed with rodeca PC Silicone N2001 ID. ATTENTION: Washers must have a welded-on neoprene gasket and a minimum Ø of 12mm.

The correct number of mounting clamps 2180 (11 pieces on 6m or 1,8 pieces each meter) must be inserted into the mounting rail.

We recommend to fathom the roof surface prior to installation so that on both edges of the roof equally sized panels can be mounted.

The supporting alu connection proifle 2133 should have a minimum overhang of 50 mm and a maximum overhang of 20o mm. The 2133 must be fixed with two screws per side of the fixing clamp.

The two end panels must be shortened according to the required width. The panels must be sealed on both ends. Top and bottom ends can be either sealed with Alu-Tape on both ends or with Alu-Tape on the top end and with Anti-Dust-Tape on the bottom end.

The U-profile 3610 must be shortened at the end section according to the required width between the 2133 profile. While mounting the U-profiles attention must be paid that the drip edge points downwards.

The closure angle is to be screwed with two screws from underneath through the carrying profile. Attention should be paid that there is a gap of 5mm between the end of the carrying profile and the closure angle in order to provide drainage.

The h-profile must be notched according to the pre-curved U-profile. The multi wall sheet should be cut to size on site to the exact curvature and must be sealed with aluminium tape. Thereinafter the multi wall sheet is inserted into the h-profile.

The pre-curved U-profile must be sealed along the perimeter with a suitable sealing tape (PC compatible i.e. kompri tape or isocell tape) to provide proper sealing against water entry and to avoid contact corrosion between the aluminium and the steel substructure. The pre curved U-profile should be cut to mitre and together with the multi wall sheet and be inserted into h-profile.
ATTENTION: The used washers must have a diameter of at least 12 mm and be equiped with a welded on neoprene gasket
