PROFILE
This HDB is located at the Rochor rd. It is the suitable place for all age people near by MRT station is able to walk there, many bus stop surrounded which make HDB more accessible. As well as mall and food at stall around this area make it much more easier for people who don’t like cooking where they can buy variety of food and household can be buy at the mall around the corner. The units located on the 7th and 8th floor and now they will be merged in to one unit. Requirement of full renovation to merge all three units. As well as stair to connect first and second floor where it suppose to be in side the units.The Client’s parents will occupy the first floor, which contain two units and the other one units will be client’s unit, Will be use for private area

ELEVATION VIEW Concept description Elevation A presenting from the left is the maid room and bath room with the comfy design simply but presentable. The size of the room was small , lthe users want to use all the spaces as much useful as possible therefore the room were just fit a person and little space for every necessary furniture only.

Concept description
Master bed room on the second floor has a very string nature concept through out the material and the lighting from the window that effect the room environment. The lighting that has warm tones help improve the room atmosphere. during the night time. While the day time the room can fully receive the sunlight and diffuse the sun by using windows blind.

PROFILE
Design we have in mind will be spacious, bright and welcoming. Loop layout that controls the flow of customer movement throughout the shop, Elegant showcase that categorizes products into various zones. Seating catered for the customers in the form of a lounge area and a bar area with minimal seating throughout the shop. Overall design style could be described as modern with a hint of oriental. We want to modernize the outlook of an 80 year old brandsuch as On Cheong while retaining its roots in Chinese culture and history.

ELEVATION VIEW Concept Design From the entrance the flow lead the customer to walk through the display and the designer room which is semi transparent so that the customer could see the working process. In the middle of the shop has the diamond display in the round counter to link the spaces. At the end of the shop has Vip room for Vip guests required by customers. Next to it is the cashier that has the position to see the entire shop from there. Beside the entrance is the counter bar for customer to sit and view the display on it.

Concept Design
Designer area there are two zones in this area one is the designer working space and the other one is the discussion area for customer and designer. Those area are separated by wall pannel with chinese pattern as shown in the picture. To provide enough lighting to work in details having pedant lamp is better than having table lamp, hence you can have more space on the table.

The design scheme will be based on using cubic shapes as a main design element to create custom-designed furniture, fixtures and structural elements. Different materials will also be introduced in an alternating, repeating fashion to create a harmonizing effect and maintain the feel of an office while creating visual interest. A variety of energizing and soothing spaces, segregated by transparent or translucent partitions will complete the overall look.An achromatic colour scheme of black, white and grey will be contrasted with warmand homely colours such as brown and beige to keep the office professional yet inviting.“The overall style will be Modern with a touch of natural.�To create a space for Ridge Design, a leading Spatial Design Firm in Singapore in their new offices at Marina Bay Boulevard.

ELEVATION VIEW Concept design The office is at the marina bay . it’s require of renovation. The advantages of this building is the view from the floor it is. Therefore most working space will be near the window. For the room that doesn’t need the window will be near to the inside corridor. The entrance has display on the left and the waiting area infront of it. On the right side will be counter services. The zoning of the office and reception were seperated from each other by door and partition. As the office area need more privacy.

Concept Design
The concept of this Workspace area is modern and open concept. Space: The space are full of working table and well balance with the walking space, Which include the main corridor along each room and working space as shown in the floor plan. Color scheme : The color of brown ,white and, To balance and emphasis the white area of the room brown color from the woods are installed.

CONCEPT Restaurant suppose to contain Japanese culture and mix of modern hint. The restaurant will present the quality of the japan through out both the food and design. To represent the culture is to show how previous culture were. Therefore i start to go deep in to the history of japan which is the age of Edo. Which is in the between now and very old. So the culture inspired a lot of my design works. Link of the modern and Edo period. Some of the culture in the period of Edo were being continue to the modern day which is more easy to catch and create some idea that has the hint of modern.

ELEVATION VIEW Concept Design The bar counter which represent Japanese culture very well. FLOOR : on the floor has Tatami which is one of the Japanese name to call this type of flooring. COUNTER BAR : The counter bar has a focal point which is the fish crap made from paper folding way call Origami folding. Which is the culture of Japanese kid and long story about it. CEILING : on the ceiling there are two fish crap hanging down from the ceiling. They are made of Origmi paper as well. Which has the feeling of them swimming in the air above. WALL PARTITION : wall partition behind the counter has capture inside call the ikibana . Which is the Tree arrangement. MATERIAL: cypress wood and marble stone are the main material used according to the Japanese culture material.

PROFILE
The concept of flexibility, lead to the uses of the shipping container. As it is one of the sustainable material to look on and it’s a possibility to create the interesting design. The ideas of stacking and assembling shipping container came from the childhood toy which is lego. Simply creating new possibility by its layer fro m both horizontally and vertivcally. Yet they create the new spaces within them. Those spaces when they come together, it gives collaboration, interaction , socialization, and assembling not only present to the spaces but as well as the users. Tha main purpose is to assemble foods to create the new possibility to function and design. Such as collaboration between the users and design, interaction to the spaces, socialization among the food and users.

The office is the place where it uses to run the container city. Such as providing services to the customers about container and etc. The Office will organize everything in the city, fixing, electricity, water and buying container stall. The perspective showing the bicycle lane which means the city allow light vehicle access such as a bicycle, electric bicycle, scooter, and etc. This way is to conserve the look of the street.
