frequently asked questions (faq) 1. Are your ECO Single Serves compatible with the Keurig 2.0? No. Our ECO Single Serves and Single Serves work on Keurig 1.0 or similar K-cup brewers. If you have a Keurig 2.0 machine, then purchase the Freedom Clip from Gourmet Coffee (Rogers Family Coffee). 2. How much caffeine is in your ECO Single Serves? Each eight (8) ounces of brewed coffee contain approximately 90-150 mg of caffeine. A general rule - the light the roast, the more caffeine it contains. IE: A French Roast coffee is a dark roast. It will contain 90 mg of caffeine. A Medium Roast will contain 120 mg of caffeine. 3. Does your ECO Single Serves contain Gluten? All of our ECO Single Serves are gluten-free. Gluten is a protein composite in foods processed from wheat and other related grain. Our roasters do not use any flavors or oils that contain gluten. 4. Will my Keurig brewer poke a hole at the bottom of the ECO single serve? No. If your Keurig 1.0 brewer uses a standard K-cup, our ECO single serve is compatible. The water will flow through the filter (on the sides of the single serve). 5. I want to save money. How do I sign up for a Wholesale 15% account? Create an account on Pooki’s Mahi’s Account page. Include your name, address and email. This is required to ship your products. All accounts are reviewed at the of each week. You’ll receive a Pooki’s Mahi Wholesale 15% Account Activation email with a link to activate the account. Activate the account. The next time you log into the account “Wholesale” will appear next to the prices, and description of the product (at check out).

For a (very) limited time Les is reviewing all Single Serve orders. Les will approve a 5% discount for customers who already made purchases. You will receive an email with the “Refund Transaction” within 1 week. Go ahead and place your order. 7. Why can’t you upgrade my account to the Wholesale Preferred 20% Program? Refer to Pooki’s Mahi’s Wholesale Program. Tax ID and/or a Business Resellers Permit is required. No exceptions. If you sell on Amazon, eBay or other marketplaces, this information is required. It takes up to 3-4 weeks to check qualifications before onboarding wholesalers. 8. Why can’t I talk to a LIVE person NOW? Pooki’s Mahi is a startup. It takes 1-3 business days for the order to arrive (Lower 48 states). We average less than 1 day to fulfill and 1-2 days for delivery. 12. Why is the Wholesale 15% Program opened to ANY customer? We want to grow Pooki’s Mahi’s repeat customers. Repeat customers shouldn’t have to purchase 15+ units or wait for a sale to save. We’ve had manufacturing challenges for the current non-ECO friendly Single Serves. It led to an awful customer experience.
