à AFTER SALES SUPPORT PROCEDURE Replacement under warranty must be returned with a return merchandise agreement (RMA). A prior request must be asked to the Pool Technologie’s after sales service before any return shipment. 1. Send by e-mail to sav@pool-technologie.fr the completed return authorization form (available on our website), specifying in the e-mail subject “After sales return application”. 2. We will email you back a return merchandise agreement (RMA), which MUST be sent with the parcel. 3. As soon as your parcel will be received, the after sales service will expertise the parts/devices. 4. If warranty is applicable: part/device will be repair, then reship to the sender. - If warranty is not applicable: a quote will be made before any repairs. IMPORTANT: a copy of the original INVOICE must be sent with the returned parts/devices for the warranty to be applied. SERVICES IN WORKSHOP: 1. Repairs under warranty Parts/devices will automatically be repaired and reshipped without any intervention from you. 2. Non-warranty repairs A quotation will be made before any repairs. BE CAREFUL: parts/devices won’t be fixed unless the customer agrees to the repair by returning the signed quotation. A return quote must include the following elements: Box “ACCEPTED QUOTE” ticked Signatory’s name and signature Company stamp In the case of no agreement of the quotation with a part/device reshipment wanted, the quote must include the following elements: ox “REFUSED QUOTE, part/device reshipment” ticked B Signatory’s name and signature Company stamp A ll quotes are charged. To get the parts/devices back, the customer will have to pay a 50€ fare plus the delivery charges, then the part/device will be reshipped as non-repaired. In case of a refused quotation with a part/device destruction wanted, no fare will be charged. ithout any quote return within 3 months, the part/device becomes the Pool Technologie’s propriety. A last reminder will be W sent by e-mail with a confirmation of receipt, adding a specific period of time and mentioning that without any answer of the customer, the device will be destroyed.
