September 1st (Thu.) to November 30th (Wed.), 2016 Entrants should send the works by post. Only Group entry sheet by e-mail can be accepted.

■Entrants should complete all relevant sections of the application form and attach the application form to the back of the work. ■If you apply through a group, the group entry sheet should be posted together with the works. The sheet is in the back of this paper. ■In case that the number of lines of the group entry sheet is insufficient, you can make your own form with the same relevant sections of origlnals. ■The group entry sheet can be sent by e-mail in advance.
