New Porta Phones are warranted from defects in material & workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Repairs due to wear & tear or misuse is performed for the cost of parts, radio retuning & shipping.

During the season, call Monday morning for emergency help. If a part is shipped on Monday overnight to us, we will repair and return it by Friday, guaranteed!!
Emergency Help
- A July 1 or September 1 bill date may be arranged.
- UPON REQUEST repair cost estimates will be supplied by fax.
Repair Billing
- Porta Phone does not accept inbound C.O.D. shipments, and is NOT responsible for inbound shipping costs.
- Go online to print a Service Request Form, or enclose a letter with instructions. Include: Your name, school, street address, town, zip code and phone number.
- A $50 pre-season service charge will apply to systems received outside of the normal reconditioning schedule.
- If you return your system during the months color keyed for your location, there is no charge for labor.
- All repair or reconditioning work due to general wear and tear will be performed for the cost of replacement parts, radio retuning and shipping.
