Just like our original Benelong, our new design is inspired by the organic architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright. He believed buildings should embrace their natural surrounds and reflect their owner’s values.

With bold modern lines, projections, wide eaves and expansive glazing, our new edition follows the same principles that made our original a favourite for homebuyers.

The original Benelong (below) combines earthy tones, natural materials, wide eaves and verandahs to distinctive effect. Its wide eaves are ideal for Australian conditions, and like the verandahs, provide shelter and enclosure.

Our new floorplan is designed for contemporary style and convenience. A clever service hub leads residents from the garage, through a mud room with an adjacent powder room, to the laundry which connects to the butler’s pantry and kitchen. Also on ground level there’s the extensive open plan family zone, a guest suite and spacious multi-purpose room. Upstairs there’s a luxurious main suite, a Jack and Jill en suite dividing two family bedrooms and a living area.
