We really like bread and butter. We really like supporting local; consuming it is our jam! If you don’t or didn’t know about your local farmstand at Osceola Organic Family Farm, let’s look into what is available and upcoming for your availability. 24/7... Yes, 24/7 the stand is open to the public, ran by the honor system. Whenever you need it come and get it! The bread and butter of our farm will always be the mixed greens supplied to many local restaurants. Spring mix is the staple of our farm! Arugula and kale are being stocked up as well! We offer a range of sprouts: micro-greens, sunflower sprouts, and pea shoots. What’s better than being able to consume edible/ medicinal flowers in the spring? Flowers are now readily available! Fresh moringa will give your nutritional needs a boost (four times more nutrient dense than kale).

Currently, we are harvesting zucchini (gold and green; baby and normal size), carrots, spring onions, and radishes. The fun stuff we have growing and coming soon for this spring are beets, cucumbers, tomatoes, spaghetti squash, more zucchini, turnips, fennel, and broccoli. Baby butter crunch lettuce heads of red and green will give your eyes a pleasant appetizing addition to the plate! We are excited to offer a variety of different breads! All our breads are made with organic flour, water, yeast, and salt. Four basic ingredients with no preservatives or additives! Flatbreads, citrus rolls (local citrus), farm rolls (baked with our rosemary), kalamata olive loaf, raisin walnut, farm loaves, and shortbread cookies are all available. To top it off, we also offer our arugula made into a pesto; a delicious topping for the flatbreads and anything else you can put it on! We have an option to place a baked-to-order bread of your choice. If you aren’t excited about this spring harvest, just come on out and check us out! We look forward to supplying you and your family with quality, nutrient dense, and grown-with-love produce from your local farm! Please remember, if you ate today, thank a farmer and support local farms.
