Clifford G. Dow, Sr.

Clifford is a native of, and grew up in, New England. He graduated in 1957 with an AB from Harvard College and in 1960 with an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a graduate of the College for Financial Planning, licensed by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, and is one of only three individuals in Northern New England (Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont) holding the designations of both CFA and CFP.

He started his career in the investment business in 1962 as a securities analyst on Wall Street, has been in the investment business continuously for thirtyfour years, and is presently a first vice-president of Advest and the manager of its High Street office in Portland, Maine.

For a number of years, as a member of the faculty of the Continuing Education Division of the University of Maine, he taught evening courses in business management and organization, accounting, business mathematics and statistics, financial management, and policy formulation and administration. He currently holds memberships in the Association for Investment lVlanagement and Research, the Financial Analysts Federation, the Boston Security Analysts Society, and the Greater Boston Society of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners.

In addition to performing as an account executive to meet the brokerage needs of clients, Cliff, Sf. is one of only 7% of Advest's investment brokers authorized to operate within the firm's Managed Portfolio Service department as a professional portfolio manager. Russell B. Dow

Russell received his law degree in 1993 from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He graduated in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Cornell University.

Russell has been an investment broker since 1990. He is a member of the Maine State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
