• Your personal information to start your business: full name, address, your business email address, phone number, preferred T-shirt size, and your SSN or EIN. • You’ll also need to have your credit card ready to purchase your $99 Starter Kit, plus the $9 shipping cost, and applicable sales tax. • Be prepared to create an account with Posh Pay. It’s how you receive your commissions. You do not have to set up your account when you enroll, but you must create it before you can receive your commissions. The cost is $7.95 per year. You’ll need banking and routing information when you begin. • Be ready to set up your FREE replicated website once your enrollment is complete. • You can expect your Starter Kit to arrive in about 4 to 5 business days. PAY PLAN FAQs How is my commission check calculated? The most important rule is: Your Rank, Their Title. To calculate how much you earned on the sales of Consultants in your downline, you simply need to know your Rank for that month and the Title of each of your Frontline Consultants. You are paid on the Team Volume (TV) of each of your Frontline Consultants. What is PV and how does the retail price of an item & its commissionable volume relate? PV stands for Personal Volume. During any month, it is the total of your personal commissionable sales. This includes anything you sell to customers or buy for personal use. At Posh, the commissionable value of an item is equal to its retail price for most items. For example, if you are making 20% commission & sell $100, you earn $20—plain & simple.
What is QFC? Qualified Frontline Consultants (QFC) are your personal recruits who sell 200 PV or more in a month. What are TV and CV, and what is the difference between my Team and my Company? Your Company includes you and every Consultant in your downline, regardless of their titles. Your Company Volume (CV) is simply the total PV for all Consultants in your Company. Your Team includes you and every Consultant in your downline who is not a Premier or in the downline of a Premier. Therefore, your Team Volume (TV) is simply the total sales volume for all Consultants in your Team. If you have not yet reached Premier, and neither has anyone in your downline, then your Company and your Team are the same. TV and CV only become different when someone in your downline promotes to Premier or above.

QUALIFIED TO SHOP When you reach $200 in PV sales in a given month, you’re eligible to shop a day early on select promotions and exclusive product releases that occur in that same given month. For example, if you reach $200 PV by July 10, and we run a promotion on July 12, you’re eligible to shop a day early on that promotion. You’ll be notified when you qualify and we’ll post promotions in the Newsroom, located in your Virtual Office, prior to launch.
AWARDED FOR GROWING YOUR BUSINESS MONTH-TO-MONTH Selling and recruiting are equally important when it comes to growing your business. We award you monthly for doing both. Every time you earn the Monthly Award, you get 18,000 Posh Points. Plus, you can earn the Monthly Award multiple times a year. The more times you earn, the bigger the award.

CONSISTENCY PAYS...WORK & EARN! The Annual Award is earned when you earn the Monthly Award at least 9 times between July 1 and June 30. The qualification period for this year begins July 1, 2017 and ends June 30, 2018 with prizes being awarded in 2018.
