THE AUDIT PROCESS
Scope & Objective of Audit The requirements of the Internal Audit process are covered in section 9.2. of the ISO9001:2015 standard. 1. That the current Audit Process for each area, defines the criteria and scope for each audit. 2. The auditors selected are competent and impartial to the activity. 3. All results are transparent to the business and are reported to Management. 4. The audit process allows for appropriate corrective actions to be raised and monitored until closed out as necessary.
EXAMPLE Statement of Finding The current audit system in place is excellent. Each Audit has its own set of criterea specific to that subject. As we change our processes, the audit can be assessed and re-defined as requried. This will be the case when we implement dynamics in Q2/3 of 2020
Evidence All Q1 Audits can be used as evidence that the current audit process is suitable and working well.
