All technical support services for which Merchant services charge any customer will be provided only by the Merchant, and will not be referred, re-directed, or outsourced to any third party. Merchant understands, currently fully complies with, and during the term of the agreement, will fully comply with all relevant provisions ofall of the following as amended from time to time:section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act, 15 U.S.C. §45;
