With a constantly expanding population and a shrinking economy, Los Angeles space has become more and more precious, with urban/ suburban living and live/work dwellings becoming even more popular and necessary. This studio will explore the alternate concepts of commercial/retail space, combined with live/work spaces inside the city of Los Angeles. Housed in an unassuming 5,000 square feet brick building at the end of a dead-end street overlooking the 10 Freeway, Oxygen provides a variety of services for the purpose of improving health, beauty and relaxation through personal care treatments such as massages and facials.
