Join our private ski guide as they showcase the best skiing within a 3 hour train ride from Tokyo, focused on the Olympic resorts of Hakuba and Nozawa Onsen.

Enjoy 3 nights at a hand-picked hotel by the slopes in Nozawa, and 3 nights in the Hakuba Valley, giving you access to up to 10 ski resort areas with a wide variety of pistes and excellent liftaccessible back-country.

Nozawa Onsen is the perfect ski town. Its 25 ski lifts lead to the summit of Mt Kenashi unlocking miles of 'side-country' skiing. Despite its popularity, it retains a very traditional atmosphere.

Highlights include the annual Dosojin Fire Festival and the Japan Ski Museum. Nearby, you can enjoy the famous snow monkeys of Jigokudani.

The Hakuba Valley will not disappoint, offering 146 ski lifts, and over 200 ski runs. The region offers stunning scenery known as the Japanese Alps. Our guides will create personalised itineraries, including the best bars and restaurants to ensure a memorable experience.

Arrive at Tokyo Haneda International Airport met by your English-speaking guide who will accompany you on your private transfer to Tokyo station (30mins). Your bullet train seats are reserved from Tokyo to Liyama station (1h 45min) followed by a short private transfer to Nozawa Onsen (30mins). Your guide will settle you into your hotel and assist with ski passes and rental equipment.

Your Powder Byrne ski guide will accompany you for 2 full days of skiing exploring the best runs of Nozawa Onsen, and introducing the best experiences on and off the mountain.

After breakfast, depart Nozawa by private transfer to Liyama station (30 min), take your reserved bullet train seatsfortheshortjourneytoNagano(11mins)thenonto

Hakuba by private transfer (55 mins).

You'll be met by an English-speaking guide at your hotel who will help you check in and get settled. Relax for the afternoon and enjoy discovering the resort. Your accommodation will be at a hand-picked local hotel.

Meet up with your Powder Byrne ski guide and enjoy 2 full days of skiing on the best slopes of Hakuba Valley. Your guide will assist withalllocaltransportandensureyouskithebestrunsandfindthe bestlocalconditions.

After breakfast depart in a private transfer to Nagano station (55 mins) and take the bullet train from Nagano to Tokyo (1 hour 30 mins). You'll be met by your English-speaking assistant at Tokyo station who will accompany you to your hotel in central Tokyo. Enjoytheafternoonatleisure.

The following morning your private guide will accompany you for a full day of sightseeing around the must-see highlights: including the TokyoSkytree,thetemplesandtraditionalstreetsofAsakusaanda scenicriverboattrip.Wecanarrangeawiderangeofunforgettable experiencesbasedonyourinterests.

Depart your hotel after breakfast by private transfer to Haneda airport (30 mins) where an assistant will help you check in for your returnflighttoLondon.
