PS8000 PUMP SPRAY STATION
The Power-Sprays PS8000 is the latest addition to the highly successful Power-Sprays range of pump/spray units. Designed specifically to meet the demands of the Glass fibre Reinforced Concrete Industry, the PS8000 features a compact design and light weight. Low level vibrated hopper and sieve The materials holding hopper is just 80cms above floor level thus facilitating easy loading. The hopper is fitted with a pneumatic vibrator and sieve to filter out any lumps in the material, which can cause blockages at the spray gun. Mobile The pump rides on 4 low profile castors for easy mobility. Pneumatic/Electrical control panel The pneumatic and electric control panels are mounted alongside each other. The panel includes a remote control system, which enables the pump to be started/stopped from the spray gun’s spray air control*. All electrical design and components comply with British Standard and European safety standards. Optional Equipment: Spray heads: The PS8000 is designed to operate with the Power-Sprays Concentric and Lightweight Combination type GRC sprayheads. Other popular spray heads may also be used. Please check for exact compatibility requirements. Roving Boom: A freestanding roving boom with glass fibre roving tray is available for use with the PS8000. Materials hose and airlines: A choice of materials hoses and airlines are available. Please ask for details. * All Power-Sprays GRC sprayheads are compatible with this feature.
