Hawaiian Beach Theme Al Fresco
THURSDAY, SEPT. 1 Restaurant at Grand Lodge Hall
A special Hawaiian-themed meal for 30 people will be held on the Trexler Terrace. Special pricing will be offered for this events. Please refer to the previously sent Al Fresco Dinner at GLH Memo for details.
First Day of Autumn
THURSDAY, SEPT. 22 Restaurant at Clubhouse
We will have two fall-themed specials for the day: Pumpkin ravioli (served with brown butter, sage and toasted pumpkin seeds) and autumn flatbread (flatbread spread with ricotta, roasted butternut squash and beets, with pancetta and pearl onions). The drink special will be apple cider cocktails for $5.
Labor Day Picnics

Happy Hour
Happy Hour begins at 4 p.m. with karaoke entertainment running from 5 – 7 p.m. Have fun with a host DJ from “Cheaters Never Prosper Trivia Show” emceeing this interactive event. Try out your sing-along talent with prerecorded backtrack music and lyrics to follow your choice of song selection. You just may win a prize! Reservations required.
National Linguini Day
THURSDAY, SEPT. 15 Restaurant at Clubhouse
Featuring two linguini specials for lunch and dinner: Trenette al pesto (linguini tossed with pesto, potatoes and green beans) and chicken Alfredo over linguini. There will also be $3 wine specials for the day.

Pancake Day
SUNDAY, SEPT. 25, BRUNCH Restaurant at Clubhouse
Enjoy pancakes made-to-order at the breakfast station during brunch. Add-ins include blueberries, chocolate chips, bananas and candied pecans. In addition to standard breakfast syrups, a warm bourbon vanilla maple syrup will be available.
Key Lime Pie Day
THURSDAY, SEPT. 26 Restaurant at Grand Lodge Hall
Key lime pie will be added as a dessert choice for the day.
Happy Hour
Happy Hour begins at 4 p.m., with music provided by South Mountain, a bluegrass folk music band featuring Nev Jackson, Dale Dourte and Sue Molitoris, running from 5 – 7 p.m. Reservations required.
