In Nepal there are so many illiterate women where, they are being back-ward day by day . Most of the women are still facing fear to share their ideas, knowledge and problems to each other because of the lack of confident .Even if we new people go to them at that time they feel shy and run away by which we can't imagine how they share their ideas, knowledge and problems where these elements are the index of sustainable development. To overcome these problems Change Nepalese Mission (CNM) organization is emerge to empower them via ICT( information and communication technology) plus English language by creating a Global Village . In this Global village we, people around the world make a conversation to each other to exchange the opinion and take it into action immediately and to feel we all are own family members by which it would help us to work in a harmony to achieve our goals . Mostly CNM is Focusing to achieve United Nations Millennium Development Goal No.3 (Gender Equality and Women Empowerment) along with Goal No.2 (Achieve Universal Primary Education) because without basic education we can't imagine to empower any one.
