Specific Objective - To find out how Ayurveda can improve peoples life globally - Balancing lifestyle by inculcating Ayurveda in our day to day life. - Influencing the urban mindset through vedic practices. - Observe different aspects of life by Ayurveda.
Research Question Can India set a trend globally with respect to Ayurveda in daily routine ? Can India become a design destination for computer graphics and VFX ?
The specific objectives help us in understanding what will be our main motive after asking this question.
Data collection mediums helps us in proving the worth and facts with respect to our research question. After collecting the data, we need to back it up with proofs. Analysis helps us in doing the same.
Analysis After a surveying 20 people we analyzed that : - People are aware of Ayurveda and its benefits. - A large group of people have a casual attitude towards their lifestyle. - Consumption of fast food is very regular.

Ayurveda recognizes five essential elements of nature. Air, earth, fire and space.
- These people sleep when they want to de-stress themselves. - A part of a society also includes people who are self disciplined and follow a healthy lifestyle. However, these people are less in number as compared to people who don't.
As a part of this assignment we were supposed to raise a question to promote India as a global design destination.

After a thorough analysis, we observed that people are still not willing to adopt ayurvedic practices in their day to day life. Therefore we would like to recommend alternative ways to promote ayurveda in current Indian society which can attract people globally.
We are trying to look at a person ( aged 20-30 ) who follows a hectic schedule, he works for more than 10 hours a day. He lives a sedentary lifestyle and is unaware of the health risks that he will face in his future.
