Once Again Indore is Number One Cleanest City of India
As per the results of Swatchh Survekshan 2018, Indore is the cleanest city of India. The Hard work of Indore Municipal Corporation and citizens of Indore had pay off. For the citizens of Indore, it is a proud moment.
This is for the second time; city is tagged as cleanest city for the second time. On 16 May, the results for Swachh Survekshan 2018 were announced by Minister of State for Housing and Urban Planning, Hardeep Singh Puri. Last year, in 2017, Indore won against 430 cities. However, in year 2018, Indore holds its position at top among 4,200 cities in the race of cleanest city. After Indore, Bhopal is the second cleanest city of India, whereas Chandigarh is at third position.
