ARCHITECTURAL Sarthak Pranami
Hello & WELCOME
I am Sarthak Pranami , Architect
An ambitious, hardworking, rational human being who loves to be challenged in learning new things. To me, Architecture, is a multi-disciplinary subject that has helped me grow as a person and to view things with a different perspective. Through critical analysis and problem solving techniques, I intend to establish balance between the physical and the intangible aspects of design. I aspire to design experiential spaces that serve the functionality to the fullest with no compromise on aesthetics as well.

Tribal Eco Village - A Living Museum
Project type : Museum and Resort Location : Bhopal (M.P.) Area : 3.7 sq.m.
The museum has a particular focus on tribal art and how it relates to the culture. A musical instrument, for example, is also a part of an important ritual. A sculpture is also a tribute to a god or spiritual energy. For the tribes, everything is related to an invisible power and items are both practical and supernatural at the same time. This tribal eco village in Bhopal takes you on an immersive journey through the culture of the local tribes of the state. With large colourful displays, the museum shows the art, traditions, daily life, and customs of a large number of indigenous groups.

Streets for People
Project type : Public Space (Competition) Location : Pune (M.H.) Road Stretch : 1.8 km
The streetscape of Pune portrays the natural built fabric of the street that adds to the experiential quality of that space. A Street not only provides access to places but can also be a place to be in and experience a space. Streets are used by a number of stakeholders such as pedestrians, hawkers, cyclists, and vehicle users. Through this design, we aim to achieve a solution that will encourage people to use the streets from every aspect - from commute to relaxation.
When we started thinking of a concept, we initially thought of “modernism’’. As modernism has free-flowing elements, but that made us jump to “Nature”. We were inspired by the organic shapes, patterns, colours of nature and wanted to depict the same in our street by incorporating various elements.
Introduction Streets for People 25
We proposed the pedestrian street on the Pashan-Sus road, Pune keeping the motive as for the people to reduce the use of private vehicles for covering shorter distances. This street is designed keeping in mind the theory of “eyes on the street”. The concept we used is from the nature. We have also added some parts and plays of biomimicry, light and shadow, colours, patterns and flows.
The main goal of proposing this pedestrian street is to motivate people to reduce the use of the private vehicles and encourage them to use public services or pedestrian street, also to bring more people out by creating interactive spaces, recreational areas and by giving more sitting spaces for senior citizens to sit.

The character ‘ eternal ’ is also abstracted into the design that is sustainable, and able to adapt to the surroundinig environment. The sustainable concept can be seen in optimizing the use of renewable energy using solar panels, these panels are designed in such a way that it also acts as a seating and shading device for the user.

PRAYOJAN
Project type : Commercial Location : Whitefield, Bangalore Area : 2000 sq.m.
A Co-Working office deals with people working together, which mainly helps the new and budding startups to grow further, the concept relates to the same through the shape of a cracked egg showing the emergence or growth of a chick through the cracked egg new to the world and eager to learn and grow, which are the same qualities depicted by the startups and the newly emerged companies.
The glass on the facade helps more natural light to enter inside and enlighten the spaces, use of flowing forms in interiors helps worker think more easily rather then creating barriers by rigid forms.
