SELECTION WORKING GROUP AIESEC IN FINLAND 2016/17
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY Selection Working Group is a special group of people who are in charge of ensuring the selection process of the new Member Committee. SWG will get to know the MC applicants best by designing the selection process and participating in all the selection stages (screening the applications, hearing the speeches, conducting and analyzing interviews, etc.). Being the most familiar with the applicant profiles, SWG will then make recommendations to the General Assembly regarding the best composition of the new MC team Responsibilities include: • Creating Selection Criteria • Creating selection timeline and flow • Creating application questionnaire • Creating and conducting personal interviews and AIESEC interviews • Sourcing candidates from Finland and globally • Evaluating Candidates • Making recommendations for General Assembly Workload will be 5 - 8 hours per month from selection onwards to the time the whole MC team is selected. All SWG work can be done virtually, except attendance at NatConf, in Helsinki (8th, 9th & 10th Janurary) which is mandatory. You are encouraged to participate physically as much as possible for other SWG and feedback meetings.
