Over the past 4 years , architecture has taken me to many beautiful places and it has given me the oppurtunity to wonder about a lot of things under the sun. I have come to enjoy the design process which is a kind of an eye opener by itself every single time. Now I am very hopeful of continuing this journey in design , and learning more from the association with your firm.

This cultural program specifically is for the purpose of reviving the traditional games of local to the area. Board games have always been a part of chitradurga as seen in the fort premesis. Sports and games are the closest to warfare and strategy. Games also bring people together, hence this building encourages public gathering in the name of games in the settlement area.
The building, like the fort of chitradurga occurs in layers from the kushti ring to the gallery showcasing all forgotten games. The circulatory paths in the building are like the path of board games and every space is flexible and can be effectively appropriated by the users like they want, like all other vernacular buildings in the settlement. The main intent of the structure is to bring to light the forgotten rich cultural heritage which existed in the form of interesting board games.
