Any junk or refuse generated by human activity that is abandoned as no longer useful is referred to as solid waste. It consists of a wide range of things, including products, packaging, food leftovers, building and demolition debris, and other abandoned materials. Solid waste is divided into three groups based on its origin: residential garbage, commercial waste, and industrial waste. It can also be divided into categories based on its substance, such as biodegradable trash, recyclable waste, and hazardous garbage.
