HOSPITALITY (RESORT) : A relatively self-contained Resort unit in a building which is often rented out to for purpose cottage use for living purpose people sharing a lease in a partnership, for their exclusive use. Some times called a cottage or digs (slang), some locales have legal definitions of what constitutes an restaurant. In some locations, “cottage” denotes a building that was built specifically for such units, whereas “cottage” denotes a unit in a building that had been originally built as a single-family house, but later on subdivided into some multi-unit house type. Hospitality areas in SHAHAJHANPUR were planned to provide adequate, organized retail trading activity for the city resort. The city has however emerged as a important hospitality hub. A concept of hierarchical distribution of hospitality centers was introduced into the city plan as a departure from the organic developments of the traditional towns. To provide a continuum of hospitality areas, The hospitality area of offering the highest order of hospitality activity, like Restaurant, anchors, food court, lawn marriage lawn gym, bank & offices etc. With the exception of the City Centre, the entire hierarchy of restaurant were designed on the traditional Indian concept resort activity on the lower ground floor upper ground floor, 1st floor & 2nd floor and residential unit above. Hospitality are those place which provide human for enjoying as well as living. •A theme based centre of land mark for socially and culturally resort would help to promote the better business centre in Delhi NCR region. •resort are most affect full for most bustling localities in Delhi & NCR and surrounded by prestigious residential apartment, it is mecca for retailer, with population density. That would count amongst the highest.
