Creation of a abstract model by transforming a object into different phases was learned.
Creation of a abstract model by using principles of composition i.e. dot and line. The white(success) lines and pink(joys) lines on top of a black(sadness, complications, struggles) surface along with those nails represents how our life is balanced with all type of emotions we face.

Cafe
CONCEPT In the design of book café, my concept was a book itself. As books give the main essence to a book café. On development of the design, I took a book turning pages as and transformed it into the form as shown in plan and elevations.

We were given a project in art and graphics to design a magazine cover where we matched our concept with the front page of the magazine.

Design
In this project, placement of furniture inside a room and interior design of spaces was learnt. I designed a living room and a washroom at it’s side. In this living room, I created a comfortable seating space with sofas and also the wall on the living room was artistic which made the walls main focus of the space.

Proj ects CUT AND PASTE MODEL In this project we learned about plans, sections, elevations of a building. We also learned about the ways to portray 2D models in a way that it looks like 3D.
TRUSS MODEL Construction for Queen post roof truss was learnt and also model was made.
HIGH RISE BUILDING In this project we were given to study about the site, construction technologies, materials etc. of Jumeirah, and we were also asked to create a model after the study.
Conclusion: From the given projects, teamwork and leadership was learnt.

CONCEPT Pre-School being very first schooling phase of children, they learn what they see so I took vision as my concept for this project. For design development, I took shape of a eye and transformed it into the form as shown in the model.

Design
In residence design project, my client was a musician. So I designed residence accordingly. A gazebo was designed in the exterior and a composing and practice room was designed for the exterior. Other spaces in the interior was placed according to the site analysis a helical stairs was also placed in the middle.

CONCEPT School phase being the most curious phase of a person’s life I took curiosity as my concept. For design development I took a form of a maze and transformed it.
