Colorectal Cancer
Colorectal cancer is also known as bowel or colon cancer. It is formed in the rectum or colon. The colon or rectum is infected with polyps which are formed. These when detected early can be treated with various treatments like radiation and chemotherapy or surgery.
While there are numerous ways to avoid this disease there are certain risk factors that cannot be controlled. This is essentially formed in the GI or the gastrointestinal tract.
