Dematerialization of Screen Space: Q1: How do you understand that “the world of Internet is not flat”? What does Helfand mean about the screen and a new Avant Garde? Are there examples of work that you think is challenging the expectations and assumptions of screen space? A: So she is talking about the screen and spacial airport and the understanding. So let’s talk about how the difference of the internet, the sandle list and the skipping list. So how do you understand? B: For example, is there any work you use for that? Think about the challenge? Make it take you in,like Frame, Experience.Things that put into boundaries. The platform wellbeing. Is it any particular example for work? Challenge of any work you use for that? Internet art maybe? C: I want to share my personal experience. Because I travel to the world twice a year. Every time when I pre order for a hotel and hostel, I really worry about finding the right place in a revolve and before I boarding to a plan, I will use the Google Map and find out Ok, I am googling here. However, it changes the travel experience that somebody like me that i can preview my journey through the Internet. D: So, you preview the place before you go to there to see if there is something right or something wrong.

E: Yes. And also you can see a place change or transforming in the last year. F: Well, as far as I concerned, technology with digital and text built is kind of physical and interaction process before Internet. And we have done much exploring we play else we can do. With technology, we can go outside whatever become forms. G: It becomes even harder and harder for designers to know what we are designing and visualizing. It becomes little cope tick and…. It is really confusing for the designer.

Designing Design: Q2: Do you agree with that “technology ought to evolve more slowly and steadily”? Why or why not? A: Acculate is better. B: Technology develops very quickly, I can not follow the step to the what I used to what I think to upgrade. For me I think I prefer to keep up with the change. C: It is really hard for designer to use the programming. It is really harsh.. Q3: Hara describes designers as being ‘54’ to technology. Do you agree or disagree, do you see otherwise? Are you obedient to the mediums and tools you work with? A: I can see ever shakers innocence, like I hear some people that look the person they are running their photoshop, which drive me crazy. Personally, they are driving their photo by….For my mom, she always confusing why use something with technology nowadays. b: It’s interesting to me about the process with like the bigger design firms or start that, you have to get step or fellow step of very psycal process, and you have to be obedient to those rules regulations and PS for example. Somebody just take it but not understand it for the further you can do. Photoshop is even might be super

creative. In that way might obedient to those. Do you feel you can do new experiment to the medium? C: I think I tried some media before. I love to try some new tool. Because maybe you can find some better solutions and portraits.

IImport/Export: Q4: What is “metamedia” and how does it direct or inform your own work? A: The media has its own silent beginning, and when we called by graphic designer… Due to technology increasingly develop, many areas like the TV medium,… B: I think we all design by medium, like doing sketch. Metamedia is like to use different medium to define something. We do it in computers because we want our designs to be more beautiful and attractive. So we choose to do that. C: I went to use my new iPad with my pen and it is too much expensive to ourselves. Yes my husband and I want to use it together. It is really beautiful and the pen is really like economic, it was really nice but worth it prize. I was just shocked by how long does it work. I am really impressed in its program and images and drawing with pencil so accurate. The pressure on the pencil is just like.. it was just crazy. D: It works like working pencil which is regularly. It was really pencil and draw and put them into my presentation. E: If it get 3 hours for boards, it will be like the draw the storyline. Make the physical storyline.

Q5: Do you agree with that “the compatibility between softwares is more important than the individual operations?” Do you worry about homogeneity in design aesthetics? A: I feel that the current designer concentrate on similar homogeneity. That seems like the old people or designers have the same taste that the good thing is like: ok, it is acceptable to if you have the experience of designer that is true.

The designer should have the true universal or communicate language. But it is really tricky that sometimes it is not universal that design is a controbase thing. It’s kind of customize on each situation. I think at the end, it is basic technology to homogeneous or similar. Because we have the same formats, the same way to produce and we have the same kind of way to receive this same kind of information. Like I talked to someone new on FB. The topic is open and we have the same motivation to create. B: It is wield because we design based on the same limitation. Some thing really yelled but there really going to be much not good. C: The taste is really getting similar and also the taste of market is getting similar. (raise an example of book) It is your possibility and responsibility to the designers to push the boundary to the clients. But it is really worth when you finally decide what is conventional and sometimes you have 2 hours to do it and you will decide ok, I will do in this way and this way. I have to have the conversation with the designers you work with that may take you more effort to the original or to the valuable in the end and to get the point to your career. D: we can figure out way across culture when you try to find out the balance you want to use to design, like color….do something original and interesting. E: It is a actual tool to create the poster. When I want to design, I don’t need to design for single elements every time.

A Map of Unreality: Q6: “The technology industry does have its own tradition of conceptual design, but they are often very limited in their scope and vision.” Why? The essay suggests some interesting examples to cross over from ideal to reality. Do you have similar examples? a: Designers are trying to individually to place this things like small parts of industry. b: Although there will be a large quantity of money to use on that, the design of that are also the part of technology. Like people from different areas can remote to heal.
