The Client Established in 2007, the client is a high-growth emerging Business Process Utility (BPU) company. A pioneer in the BPU space, the client offers technology enabled services for the litigation, insurance and microfinance industry segments. With ambitious growth plans, the client already has established traction with companies across Asia, Australia, Europe and the United States.

Business Context Prayag was approached to help launch the company in the market as well as provide on-going marketing assistance. The scope of work included refinement of the corporate identity, building basic marketing infrastructure in quick time, and providing assistance with specific launch activities, through the media and at events. Prayag’s Solution First, Prayag put in place a dedicated team for the engagement, drawing resources with diverse skills from its branding, content creation, research and creative teams. Once the context was set, the team immediately set about developing collaterals, including corporate and service brochures, case studies and whitepapers, and the website, with minimal inputs from the client. In parallel, the research team swung into action to map the market and competition – this helped in creating more compelling content as well as in keeping the client updated on the market and competition.
