I HAVE LIVED HERE OVER 12 YEARS AND NEVER HAD THE BELOW DUG OUT HOLE. WHEN I LEFT MY HOME THE BELOW HOLE WAS NOT THERE. A SEAL COVERED THE TILE AND CONCRETE. UPON RETURN TO MY HOME, A HOLE WAS DUG OUT, THE TILE WAS CRACKED AND THE SEAL COVERING WAS REMOVED. ADDITIONALLY, RANDOM NAILS ARE PUT IN THE CARPET TO INDUCE A FALL AND DAMAGES FOR EUGENIC CONTROL, BUT GOD!

I AM THE CAREGIVER FOR MY MOTHER. MY MOTHER SPENDS HALF OF THE WEEK AT MY HOUSE WITH ME. WHEN WE LEFT MY HOME THERE WERE NO FOLDS/LUMPS OR ANYHTING ON THE CARPET. UPON RETURN TO MY HOME THE BELOW PERMANENT BUMPS WERE PUT IN MY CARPET. THIS CREATED AN UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT. IT WAS PUT IN PLACE TO INDUCE A FALL, PARTICULARLY FOR THE ELDERLY.

THE BELOW CARPET RAZOR BLADE VANDALISM OCCURED NOVEMBER 2014. I LEFT MY HOME WITH MY CARPET IN TACT AND CAME BACK AND THE CARPET WAS RAZOR BLADDED. ADDITIONALLY, THE CARPET WAS RIPPED OUT OF THE WALL ON THE SIDES BELOW AND I HAD PUT THE STAPLES BELOW TO HOLD DOWN THE CARPET BECAUSE MY CARPET WAS BEING RIPPED FROM THE GROUND. I WAS BEING TERRORIZED.
