PRESSURE RELIEF VALVES
Model L10E
End-of-Line Stack Vent Valve
The L10E design was created to exceed industry needs. Extensive research and development has produced a product that achieve both superior sealing performance and industry leading flow rates.
•Ultra-tight sealing reduces product leakage and fugitive emissions with a leak rate of no more than 1 SCFH of air at 90% of set pressure
• Direct replacement for any standard vent valve

Model L1200A
Vent to Atmosphere
Model L1200A protects your tanks from damage created by overpressure or excessive vacuum. It reduces costly product evaporation losses due to normal tank “breathing.”
•Protects your tanks from damage created by overpressure or vacuum
•Self-draining housing body and drip rings protect seating surfaces from condensate and freezing
•Proprietary “cushioned air” seating
Model L1220A
Pipe Away
Use the L1220A to pipe away vapors in pressure and vacuum relief systems. The L1220A routes vapors through a flanged outlet connection.
•Prevents dangerous pressure or vacuum buildup due to binding or clogging of the valve
•High-performance fluoropolymer seating diaphragms come standard, minimizing sticking caused by resinous vapors and atmospheric moisture
•Peripheral guiding and center stabilizing system ensure the proper alignment of seating surfaces

Emergency Relief Vent
The L22E Emergency Relief Vents are designed to provide superior sealing and industry leading high flow rates. When properly sized, the high flow capacity will prevent the tank from damage in an emergency case.

GAUGE HATCHES
Model L12-TH Round
The L12-TH incorporates a spring-loaded pressure/vacuum relief valve within the hatch. Install the L12-TH on steel or fiberglass (FRP) low-pressure oil tanks to provide access for level gauging, sampling and overpressure/vacuum protection, all in one compact design.

Model L12-TL Long Pan
The L12-TL incorporates a large working surface, larger cover and a gauging and sampling hook into the base. The base is inclined to match the slope of the API 12 tank’s roof to provide a level working surface.
• Long pan contains product loss during sampling
• Leakage rate less than 1 SCFH of air at 90% of set pressure
•Install on steel or fiberglass (FRP) low-pressure oil tanks to provide access for level gauging, sampling and overpressure/vacuum protection
Model L61T Lock Down
The L61T provides access for gauging or obtaining product samples from storage tanks. It integrates a gauging hook into the base for tank sampling and a “cushioned air” seating for a superior seal and reduced fugitive emissions.
•Lid permits the use of both hands during gauging or sampling
•Ultra-tight sealing reduces product leakage and fugitive emission
•Easily mounted to API 12-bolt pattern or 150# ASME flanges
Model LLDC
Conversion Kit
The Lock Down Conversion Kit converts existing thief hatch products installed in the field to a lock down hatch. The Lock Down Hatch provides secure access to storage tanks without pressure or vacuum relief capability.
•Incorporates a mechanical lock system to be used with a pad lock or lock out bar
•Designed for easy maintenance, thus reducing downtime and lowering operational cost
•Please consult factory to verify if your existing equipment is compatible with the LLDC
FLAME ARRESTORS
Model L7658A
Detonation In-Line
The L7658A model inhibits flame propagation in gas piping systems. It is ideal for protecting liquid storage tanks containing NEC Group D (IEC Class IIA) gases with a maximum experimental safe gap equal to or greater than 0.90 mm.
•Bi-directional with respect to flow and ignition source
•Ideal for unstable detonations, vertical or horizontal installation, in-line or end-of-line deflagrations
• Connection Size: 2”, 3”, 4” and 6”
Model L7661
Detonation In-Line
The L7661 model inhibits flame propagation in gas piping systems. It is ideal for protecting liquid storage tanks containing NEC Group D (IEC Class IIA) gases with a maximum experimental safe gap equal to or greater than 0.90 mm.

Bolted In-Line
Protect your gas piping systems and low-pressure tanks with the L76C-UF in-line flame arrestor. We designed the L76C-UF’s spiral-wound crimped ribbon element with optimal gap sizing to eliminate flame propagation with minimum pressure drop.

Welded Threaded In Line

Model L76T-UF
Threaded In-Line
The L76T-UF threaded in-line flame arrestor provides maximum flame inhibition with minimal pressure drop. Designed to protect gas piping systems and low-pressure storage tanks, the L76T-UF provides reliable, economical defense with a custom-designed spiral-wound crimped ribbon element.
• Flame arrestor element geometry maximizes flame quenching capability while minimizing pressure drop
• Threaded for easy installation and removal, and includes an easy-to-clean, modular, and simple-to-swap element flame bank; comes standard with a 316SS element
• Removable element housing for ease of maintenance
Model L76V-SF
Vent Stack Deflagration
The L76V-SF model is an End-Of-Line Vent Stack Deflagration Flame Arrestor designed to inhibit flame propagation in gas piping systems and to protect low pressure tanks containing flammable vapor. Arrestors protect low flash point liquids from external sources of ignition.
