About us Premier Group of Companies is a privately held company, primarily engage in the business land development in United Arab Emirates. The Company offers a broad array of residential, resort, and commercial products targeted primarily to mid to high-credit-quality buyers. The Company operates from an office located on Sheikh Zayed Road, in Dubai, UAE. From its inception, Premier Group’s plan has been to deliver what it has promised. Our team Sedat Kutlu Project Management Graduated with a Bachelors degree in architecture in 1974 from the Middle East University in Ankara, Turkey and later earned his Engineering degree in architecture from the Berlin Technical University. Among many projects completed in the Middle East, Mr. Kutlu has worked on the Mecca King Abdul Aziz Mosque, the Quarishi Building, and Jeddah Inter-Continental Hotel in Saudi Arabia. His most recent work has been the Sheraton Kampala in Uganda.
Amin Mahommad General Manager A professional Banker and Credit Analyst having vast experience in management position covering formulating business strategy and identifying opportunities for growth to deliver ambitious economic profit performance goal. Experience in implementation and delivery of business strategy and financial plans within Group´s policies and risk assessment.
Parham Shariat Director of Sales Has over seven years of experience in the commercial real estate sales. His past experience includes acquisition, disposition and leasing of shopping centers across United States for private and institutional investors. His specialty is project evaluation, feasibility, and negotiations. His responsibilities include marketing, strategy implementation, coordination and review of market research with a special emphasis on financial analysis and contract review/negotiations. His well-developed technical knowledge of the real estate process gives him a broad understanding of the important principles that must be incorporated into a transaction.
