As buyers advocates we reduce your stress & save you time & money We offer two levels of service, a full service offering and a negotiation only offering. The full service option includes: property search; property identi cation; property negotiation and property purchase, and the streamlined negotiation service is only the negotiation and purchase of the property.
OPTION A: FULL SERVICE OFFERING 1. Tailored property search brief We meet with you to discuss your needs and the must-have attributes you’re looking for in a house. If you’re a couple it’s important to have input from both partners so we understand what’s important to you. OPTION B: NEGOTIATION AND PURCHASE OFFERING
Overseas If you’ve found your own property we offer a negotiate and purchase option. We give you helpful data such as

OUR FEES You pay a xed fee so there are no surprises Full service option: 1.5% of the purchase price. Negotiate and purchase option for only ONE property: $7,000 (can be upgraded to the multiple property search) Negotiate and purchase option for multiple properties: $12,000 All our fees are a xed rate and are arrived at after a discussion with you to develop an understanding of your property needs. We charge a xed rate so that there is no bene t to us if you elect to purchase a more expensive property. An initial payment is payable upfront when you sign a contract with us. This fee is non-refundable, although it’s subtracted from the nal success fee. The nal success fee is payable only after contracts have been exchanged on the property. GST is applicable.
TERM OF AGREEMENT: The term of the agreement is for six months and is the standard NSW buyer’s agents contract as provided by the Real Estate Institute of NSW.
