T-Systems Cranberry CRUSH! INGREDIENTS crushed ice cranberry juice vodka lime juice triple sec lime wedges

1 Serving 3 oz 1.5 oz 1 oz splash garnish

Preparation 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Add cranberry juice, vodka, lime juice and a splash of triple sec. 2. Cover with lid and shake vigorously until chilled. 3. Strain into highball glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Wells Fargo Chile POW! INGREDIENTS Tequila – Gold elderflower liqueur (St-Germain) lime juice Tabasco sauce cayenne pepper red chile powder (included in your box!) sea salt lime wedges

1 Serving 1 oz ½ oz ½ oz 2 dashes to taste to taste to taste garnish

Preparation 1. Wet the rim of a rocks glass by rubbing a sliced lime around it, then dip into a mix of red chile powder, sea salt and cayenne pepper. 2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add remaining ingredients, cover with lid and shake vigorously until chilled. 3. Strain into glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.


Salad Kryptonite Mixed Green Salad INGREDIENTS

10 Servings | 2 Servings

mixed greens 5 cups | 2 cups Boston/Bibb lettuce 2 heads | 3 leaves roasted fresh corn 5 cups | 1 cup English cucumber (diced, peeled, and seeded) 5 cups | 1 cup Roma tomatoes (diced and seeded) 10 tomatoes | 1 cup shallot (finely diced) 2 large shallots | 1/2 shallot Cotija cheese 1 cup | 2 tbsp lime (juiced & zested) 5 limes | 1 lime red wine vinegar 5 tbsp | 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup | 2 tbsp Preparation 1. Place 2 lettuce leaves on each individual plate, then top with mixed greens. 2. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Evenly divide mixture and top each plate.

10 Serving | 5 Servings

organic, unsalted butter or plant butter (softened) 4 sticks | 2 sticks red chile powder (included in box) 2 tbsp | 1 tbsp 16 cloves | 8 cloves roasted garlic (finely chopped into a paste) salt & pepper to taste Preparation Combine all ingredients and form a log using Saran Wrap. Chill until firm and store in refrigerator until ready to slice.

Preparation Notes Prepare Hasselback Potatoes. After 40 minutes, prepare steak/

salmon. During the last 12 minutes of the Hasselback Potatoes baking time, roast asparagus. An oven thermometer is recommended to ensure accurate oven temperature. Cooking times may vary depending on oven efficiency.


En trées Power Punched Protein­ Choice of NY Strip, Ribeye, Fillet, or Salmon INGREDIENTS protein Montreal Steak Seasoning extra virgin olive oil unsalted butter, softened

10 Servings | 2 Servings 12 oz/person | 12 oz/person 3 tsp per steak | 3 tsp per steak 2 tbsp | 2 tbsp 1/4 stick per batch

Preparation 1. Bring steaks to room temperature. (Salmon can be seared chilled.) 2. Preheat 12” cast iron pan or heavy skillet on medium-high heat­3. 3. Brush steak/salmon with extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle each side with 1.5 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning. 4. Add olive oil to skillet and heat for two minutes. Add steak and sear for 3 minutes per side. Add butter to skillet and baste steak for an additional three minutes. Sear each side for 1 additional minute for a medium rare center or 4 minutes per side for a medium or more well-done center. 5. Remove meat/fish from pan. Top with Compound Butter and let sit for at least 5 minutes or more before serving. To prepare a group meal, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Use 2-3 pans to speed up cooking process and cook two steaks/salmon pieces per batch. As batches finish cooking, transfer to wire rack with sheet pan underneath and let sit for 5 minutes. Top steaks/salmon with Compound Butter and roast in 425 degree oven for 2-3 minutes. Add Compound Butter to all 10 steaks/ salmon then roast on sheet pan in oven for 2-3 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. To prepare salmon with skin on, descale and pat dry before seasoning. Score salmon skin 3 times to create 4 equal sections to ensure even cooking. Cook skin-side down for 6-7 minutes then turn and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from pan and top with Compound Butter as salmon rests.

Sides Boom Baked Hasselback Potatoes INGREDIENTS

10 Servings | 2 Servings

Yukon Gold potatoes 10 potatoes | 2 potatoes (about 8 ounces each) extra virgin olive oil 1 cup | 2 tbsp flakey sea salt to taste | to taste Herbes de Provence 5 tbsp | 1/2 tbsp Shredded cheese, cooked diced bacon (optional)

Preparation 1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Using a sharp knife cut vertical slits Âź inches apart into the potato, stopping about a Âź inch from the bottom. Make sure to not cut all the way through. 3. Brush potatoes with olive oil, making sure oil covers bottom, sides and between the slits. Bake for 40 minutes, then add salt and Herbes de Provence. Bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown and bottom is soft. 4. (Optional) During the last 5 minutes of baking, top potatoes with cheese and cooked, diced bacon.

Villain Roasted Asparagus INGREDIENTS

10 Servings | 2 Servings

asparagus spears 2 1/2 bunch (40 - 50 spears) | 1/2 bunch (8-10 spears) lemon zest 2 tbsp | 1 tsp fresh thyme 1 tbsp | 1 tsp granulated garlic 5 tbsp | 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil 1/2 cup | 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 5 tbsp | 1/2 tbsp salt & pepper to taste

Preparation 1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Combine all ingredients and place on a sheet pan and roast for 6 minutes. Turn asparagus and cook for another 6 minutes until al dente.


Dessert Defender Pound cake INGREDIENTS pound cake organic sugar in the raw unsalted butter whipped topping

2 Servings 4 1-inch slices 1 tbsp 1/4 Stick To Taste

Preparation 1. Brush both sides of sliced pound cake with butter, then sprinkle with sugar. 2. In non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat, place pound cake slices. Cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes or so. Flip and repeat. 3. Top with macerated berries and whipped topping.

Preparation Combine all ingredients and let rest for at least two hours before serving, stirring every 30 minutes.
