Projects teams from all over Europe doing research on transport and mobility are invited to register for the REACT Conference to be held in Belgrade (Serbia) on May 16-17, 2011 and participate to a competition

The
REACT Competiton aims at identifying the most relevant projects and studies on transport and mobility that are having or will have a significant impact on reducing carbon emissions and informing about them. Three successful research projects (1 winner, 2 runner ups) will be selected and the reference persons will be given the opportunity to present their idea at the REACT Climate-Friendly Transport Conference in Belgrade in May 2011. Their expenses will be covered by the REACT project.
Those interested in participating to the competition should visit the website www.react-transport.eu and apply by the 28th February 2011. Guidelines and rules for the competition are also available in the REACT online competition section. The competition is being organized to promote the research results of FP6 and FP7 projects. Participation is free of charge.

All participants will be personally informed about the results. The winners will also receive an honorary plaque in a special short ceremony during the conference.

 Important Dates:

REGISTRATION PHASE: 24 January to 28 February 2011 (EXTENDED DEADLINE)
EVALUATION PHASE: 01 March to 31 March 2011

The REACT Conference aims to be a critical break-through event for green transport in 2011.
