Our mission is to educate our BFFs on the endless funding mediums out there, and then connect them to resources and opportunities that help them grow and scale. Our co-founders Maghan Morin and Jeanine Suah are on a mission to make the business world a more equitable place. Not only do we care about the trajectory of your company, but we care about your personal success. Traditional office spaces have changed in recent years as more people are taking advantage of coworking hubs. These innovative work environments are places of respite from the home office and offer a professional setup for start-ups. In Miami’s burgeoning Little River district, Thynk Global, a coworking hub designed to help females and minorities, is the latest to take root in town. Jeanine Suah and Maghan Morin are the brains behind this new endeavor, which they hope will promote socioeconomic inclusion. It is the culmination of what two entrepreneurial-minded women sought to achieve from early beginnings.

Take a peek into a day in the life of Financial expert Lakesha Gary, and her inspiration in building a financial empowering platform

LaKesha Gary came from humble beginnings, starting off as a teenage mother then becoming a single mother of eight children, she quickly learned how hard life can be when you're not financially prepared. LaKesha worked several odd jobs and at times had to accept government assistance to provide for her family. Regardless of her circumstances, LaKesha Gary never allowed it to define who she was and what her family could be. Starting a tax preparation business in her living room, LaKesha realized that many of her clients were not financially literate and were struggling financially. She knew she could help, especially because she was once in the same situation. So LaKesha made it her mission to educate and promote financial literacy in her community. LaKesha Gary turned her tax preparation business from her living room to a large office offering full financial services. She is rooted in her community to educate, promote health and financial literacy by partnering with schools, municipalities, churches and other organizations. MAIA CHAKA, THE FIRST BLACK WOMAN TO WORK AS AN NFL REFEREE
Maia Chaka will be the first Black woman to work as an NFL referee when she takes the field in her new role this fall. The NFL made the announcement Friday morning on the "TODAY" show ahead of a live interview with Chaka. IIt didn't really hit me until just now when I saw the introduction," Chaka, who has been working Pac-12 Conference games, told "TODAY." "I'm like, this is really real. This is something that we're always taught to work hard for and sometimes we just don't take time to stop and smell our own roses. And I've just been grinding for so long in this. It's an honor to be able to join the National Football League." She is one of two women working as NFL referees and joins Sarah Thomas at the game's highest ranks seven years after made history together at the FBS level.
