Previously: Mickey Mouse is aboard the grand opening of the space hotel Olympus! The state-of-the-art hotel is filLed with luxuries, but there’s trouble in paradise when strange phenomena start to ocC ur! The guests hear weird noises outside the spaceship, while windows are covered with slime trails and angry mesSages! Even hotel architect Alistair Zond couldn’t describe what he has witnesS ed! Things get even worse when paranormal “journalist” CasSandra Dot causes imaginations to run wild with half-baked alien theories. Mickey is starting to wonder if he should have listened to GoOfy and stayed on Earth…!

That does it! If you won’t listen to me, then I’lL just have to change my tune!

I realLy do want to find out the truth! Even if it means ignoring my own theories and helping you solve the mystery instead!

Wow, I, uh… realLy?

AtTention, everyone! Mickey is right: there’s nothing to fear! Whatever is out there can’t come inside! We’re safe!

Astutely put!

Darn toOtin’! She is the expert! Right!

How did I do?

Great! Now the best thing to do is get some rest. We can’t think with frayed nerves.

But

later… I can’t seEm to relax!

But…

Maybe some clasSical music is what I neE d! Just neE d to… unwind a litTle…

I’m so relaxed it feE ls like I’m sinking…

How relaxing…

Wait--rocks an’ stones! I am sinking!

WDisneyComics_712_INT.indd 2

Ack! And now I’m flying! What’s going on??

10/14/10 4:04 PM

Mickey! Haven’t you heard?

We have to abandon ship! ImM ediately!

The orbital stabilizers have beE n destroyed! The Olympus has falLen into a spiraling orbit which means... I’m ruined!

…it’s going to disintegrate in Earth’s atmosphere! And I’m ruined!

It’s beE n damaged by alL the gravity fluctuation! ShodDy craftsmanship, if you ask me! Now go find a pod!

These rescue pods should take us safely to Earth! What about the space shutTle?

Also: the stabilizers loO k like they were sabotaged! I suspect that “thing,” whatever it is… is in here!

{sob!} {Gasp!}

Uh…what’s with alL the clothes?

I’lL dedicate my next award to youUu u uu

Oh, no…

No! We…we’re trapPed!

Oh, dear! I thought you had alL left already, so I filLed alL the pods with my wardrobe! I’m sure you understand!

Maybe not! Let’s check out the shutTle…even if it doesn’t work perfectly…

u

u!

…we may at least be able to get ofF the Olympus and send an S.O.S. once we’re in space!

{Whew!} The controls stilL work!

It’s in the storage compartment! CasSandra, you stay here, I’lL go take care of this.

Huh?

No way! I want to seE this for myself!

Alright! On the count of 3, we spray it!

M-Mickey… loO k at this!

It’s dark…

{Gasp!} The alien is on board…with us!

LoO k-- over there! Something’s moving!

AaAah! ToO late!!

Wait! B-But that’s…!
