ordering information ordering We require a copy of your re-sale permit and business license to open a wholesale account. To place an order, please contact your sales representative or our Sales Office: M-F 8:30am - 5:30pm, Pacific time. We also accept orders via e-mail, FAX, or on our website, primamarketinginc.com. Please advise if you require goods for a specific date/event. Backorders under $50.00 remaining will be automatically cancelled.
domestic terms All orders must be pre-paid by check or cerdit card. We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover card. Minimum order is $200.00, subject to pre-authorization. “Rush” orders are charged $25.00 for priority service. There is a $25.00 handling fee for orders under minimum.
international terms Minimum order is $1000.00 to addresses outside of the USA or Canada, subject to preauthorization. Minimum orders shipping to a U.S. Freight Fowarder or Canada are $200.00. No Back-orders. We accept payment by all major credit cards. Wire transfers must be arranged in advance with our office.

shipping We ship via UPS and FesEx. If you elect to have us ship with USPS, it is at your own risk. We require a signed Release of Responsibility in our file prior to sending goods via this method. All orders ship pre-paid FOB Chino, California. Shipping by container lot from our overseas factory requires prior authorization. Risk of damage or loss of product in transit is the buyer’s responsibility. You must notify the carrier within 5 days to make a claim.
returns & damages Shortage or factory defective merchandise must be reported to us within 7 days. Prior authorization is required prior to returning any merchandise. A 20% re-stocking fee will e charged on all pre-authorized returns for reasons other than damaged goods.
