Hans Zijlstra
Hans Zijlstra really stands out amongst other Dutch floral arrangers due to his particular viewpoint and sophisticated taste. One can recognise certain elements of soft linear and floaty transparent style in his arrangements. They look utterly graphic but at the same time - aerial. We were lucky to work with Hans on several projects. He always tends to surprise us with his extraordinary approach and his choice of materials. As a result his design amazes us with the beautiful harmony and character. This is not a surprise for those who have known Hans for a long time, because he was born in a family of floral designers! We are captivated by the series of his arrangements with phalaenopsis orchids which reflects the delicate glamour of these
