IA&B BOARD MEMBER APPOINTED TO BIG “I” DIVERSITY COUNCIL

Congratulations to Jason Rodriguez, CIC on his appointment to the Big “I” Diversity Council. The council is a cooperative industry group working to engage and develop a sustainable diverse independent agency network.

“Diversity in our industry isn’t just a goal; it’s a necessity,” said Rodriguez. “By embracing differences and fostering inclusion, we build a stronger, more innovative insurance community that can better serve the diverse needs of our clients.”

Rodriguez – an IA&B Board Member and the Managing Partner of IA&B Member Agency Prominent Insurance, in Wilmington, DE – will serve a one-year term on the council.
