Get to Know … Katie Capobianco, IA&B Territory Manager

Role at IA&B:

As the Territory Manager for Maryland and Delaware, I assist independent agents with their professional liability needs – E&O, Cyber, EPLI, Umbrella, and D&O. I service the established book of business and also seek new business opportunities.

Best part of your job:

No two days are the same. I love that I face new situations, questions, and people every day!

What did you do before working at IA&B?

Tried to figure out what I wanted to be when I grew up! I have my bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education: Prek-4, so I spent some time teaching various grades, enjoyed being a Director of Education at an early learning center, worked (and still occasionally do work) at a local coffee shop, and spent several years in inside sales for a kosher poultry company.

What keeps you busy outside of work?

My kids! I have two daughters, four and six years old, as well as two dogs. I love spending time outside, camping, reading, going to nearby events and festivals, enjoying a good beer, and watching action movies/shows with my husband.
