Main Roles - Unloading and proper stocking of materials. - Maintaining ‘A’ class godown in good condition with required infrastructure. - Loading and arranging transport for dispatches - Delivery/ Dispatches goods to the dealers/ customers as per SO or STO. - Invoicing as per company price list, permitting discounts as per company policy. - Maintaining stock records in the computer system and existing checking physical stock tallies with the same. - Proper storage and handling of stock in the godown. - Collection of payment cheques from dealers. - Banking Dealers cheques, entry in the computer records and reconciliation - Submitting Sales Tax returns, procuring ‘F’ forms and timely submission.
