If your partner or spouse tends to loose their keys all the time, leave a small bowl near the door where they come in so that they will have a place to drop the keys and always know where to find them. It’s more likely that they will put forth the effort if it’s not difficult to do so. * Give them their own mess zone ~ Find one to two places in the house that your partner or spouse can feel free to leave messy and that you won’t nag them about it being disorganized. It may be a drawer, a closet, or an entire room. By offering them this space, they will be probably be more willing to help you keep the other parts of the house organized. Plus, after living in organized spaces for a while and seeing the benefits of an organized lifestyle, you might find your partner or spouse slowly organizing their own mess zone! * Be patient ~ Change doesn’t happen overnight; it takes time. Valentine’s Day
T
he origin of Valentine’s Day is steeped in legend and is still disputed by historians because of the many contradictory stories surrounding this holiday. Named after St. Valentine, this holiday stems from both the Catholic Church and the ancient Romans, transforming over the centuries into a world-wide celebration of love. Although the Romans celebrated Lupercalia, the pagan festival of fertility and love occurring around February 14, before the legend of St. Valentine became widespread, the story of that Catholic Priest greatly influenced the way we now celebrate Valentine’s Day. According to the legends, St. Valentine was either a Catholic Priest or Bishop who was martyred by the Roman Emperor Claudius II. One legend claims this happened when Valentine secretly married Roman soldiers, which was against Roman law because single men were thought to be better soldiers. Another legend states that he was caught helping Christians escape from Roman prisons. The most famous legend, though, was of St. Valentine writing a love letter while in prison and signing it “From your Valentine” which is the phrase still used today in Valentine letters. As Catholicism spread throughout the Roman Empire, the festival of Lupercalia was replaced by the celebration of St. Valentine and romantic love. People embraced the romanticized legends of St. Valentine and the popularity grew with the spread of Catholicism and has grown in popularity since mid-1700.

egular Exercise come with a lot of benefits; less stress, better flow, better sleep… and better sex life. In the last decade, numerous studies have shown the connection between exercise and an improved sex life. It has actually been proven that exercise can help with a healthier and exciting sex life. According to one of the studies found in the Journal of the American Medical association found that sexual dysfunction in prevalent and dominant among individuals who have physical and emotional health. Another study showed that, impotence in men can be improved or prevented by regular exercise. To be precise, men who performed regular exercise had more frequent sex and greater satisfaction in bed that those who did not. Furthermore, a study also showed that women were more sexually responsive and relatively more easily aroused after work out.
Even though the exercise protocols used in each of these studies were different, 20 to 30 minutes of moderate to vigorous workout performed three or four times a week seems to do the trick. Weight loss alone does not give the same sexual improvement as exercise. Thus, an exercise program can improve your sex life more than just diet related weight loss alone. Apparently, sexual improvements are linked to improved circulation and heart health, two factors critical to sexual satisfaction. Making you feel good about yourself and gets your blood pumping, endorphins increase when you exercise. Resultantly, it’s natural that you’d be more excited about taking your clothes off when you’re feeling stronger and more confident about your body. Enjoy your love live.
