Bomb Shot
Bomb Shot is a type of alcoholic cocktail recipe, also known as a Depth Charge. It is made by dropping a shot glass filled with a spirit or liqueur into a tumbler glass partially filled with a chaser drink like an energy drink or beer. For the adventurous and risk-takers out there, here are 2 selected recipes.
For the Ladies, the Cherry Bomb is recommended. As you can probably guess, this bomb tastes like an ultra-sweet cherry-flavored Red Bull. The ingredients are half can of Red Bull, one oz. cherry vodka and a splash of grenadine. The directions are, fill a highball glass with Red Bull and a splash of grenadine. Fill a shot glass with cherry vodka and drop into the highball. Enjoy! For the Men, the Jagerbomb is recommended. The infamous drink, if you can’t tell from the ingredients, tastes likes someone dumped licorice into your sugary sweet Red Bull, helping to both round out the Jägermeister’s harshness and mellow out the sweetness for a delicious, and addictive, flavor. Not recommended for the faint of heart. The ingredients are half a can of Red Bull poured into a highball and one shot of Jägermeister. The directions are, fill a highball glass with Red Bull. Drop the shot into the highball and enjoy. For the alcohol tough guys, try the Reverse Jagerbomb, which involves switching the ratios (4 oz. Jägermeister, 1 shot (1 oz.) of Red Bull), and say goodbye to consciousness.

Local Recipe of The week Chapatti Bread
hapatti bread is a simple but delicious flatbread. I have seen it being eaten in different ways; Tanzanians eat it with tea, soup and stew, while Indians eat it with curry, as main dishes or even use to make sandwich wraps. Chapattis can be reheated but they're best cooked fresh.
This is how it is prepared. Ingredients for ten Servings: 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 3/4 cup hot water or as needed
We supply fresh vegetables, fruits & more food items to home / Office's door steps.

Procedure: In a large bowl, stir together the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour and salt. Use a wooden spoon to stir in the olive oil and enough water to make soft dough that is elastic but not sticky. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until it is smooth. Divide into 10 parts, or less if you want bigger breads. Roll each piece into a ball. Let rest for a few minutes. Heat a skillet over medium heat until hot and grease lightly. On a lightly floured surface, use a floured rolling pin to roll out the balls of dough until very thin like a tortilla. When the pan starts smoking, put a chapatti on it. Cook until the underside has brown spots, about 30 seconds, then flip and cook on the other side. Continue with remaining dough.

CRDB Dominates With Agent Banking Business
T
he number of agent banking has reached 3,431 where CRDB Bank's Fahari Huduma is controlling slightly over 50 per cent of the total business share. The window, established three years ago, as at the end of January attracted 13 banking institutions but were mostly concentrated in urban centres. The Bank of Tanzania (BoT), Bank Supervision Manager, Mr Thomas Mongella, said agent banking outlets are mostly in Dar es Salaam leading by 34.63 per cent, then Arusha 8.51 and Mwanza 8.39 per cent. According to BoT, number three is Equity Bank 9.75 per cent, Tanzania Postal Bank 8.86 per cent and DCB with 4.02 per cent. The market has reacted positively on the agent banking, where CRDB leads followed by NMB (20.2 per cent). Agent banking operations are regulated by the Guidelines on Agent Banking for Banking Institutions, 2013.This means provision of banking services by a banking institution to its customers through an agent who acts on behalf of the banking institution under a valid agency agreement.

F
inding what to wear in the morning or during that special evening is a challenge. Having unorganized closet makes it mission impossible. Below are simple steps to help you organize your closet or cupboard 1. Designate an area and empty your closet out. You can use your bed or a cleared-out corner of the room. This important first step requires you to remove everything: clothes, hangers, boxes, folded blankets or piles of old magazines. 2. Sort items into specific categories and take inventory. Place like items in cardboard boxes, plastic containers or in piles. Go further and pair them down use labels to help keep track of each group of items, starting with "keep," "toss" and "donate" piles. Use this time to group small items and keep them in a separate box so that they don’t get lost in piles. 3. Eliminate items that don't belong in that closet. One of the big causes of clutter and disorganization in the home is items that belong in the kitchen or bedroom, are found hiding in closets all over the house. This is the time to return out-of-place items to their rightful home. But try to stay focused on planning one closet at a time. You can turn your attention to other areas at a later date. 4. Remove unwanted items. This is always the challenging part of the closet planning process. It helps to establish some basic rules up front, like anything with holes or pairs of shoes or socks missing their partner must go. Ask yourself some questions: Have I worn this shirt or skirt in the last year? Does this jacket still fit? Do I really need 12 baskets that look exactly the same? If the answer is no, they need to go 5. Clean your closet with clean duster; you can use scented sprays to keep you clothes smell fresh. SKIN TREATMENT
N
othing pleases me more than using things I already have or can get relatively cheap to improve my appearance and skin health. Knowing that there are no harsh chemicals or skin irritating additives in what I am putting on my skin makes me extremely happy. These skin care remedies will help you no matter what skin type you may have. Since you already have most of the ingredients sitting around your house, it’s worth a try!
FOR DRY SKIN If you have dry and flaky skin, I assure you this quick and simple solution will help you out. What you need is half Avocado and a quarter Cup of Honey Now, mash the avocado and mix in the honey. Smear this wonderfully natural mask over your problem areas and allow it to remain on your face for 10 minutes. Wash it off and enjoy healthier looking skin without all the oils and artificial chemicals!
Classic Hair styles
W
omen sometimes find it is difficult to maintain their long hair on their own. Good news for busy women everywhere: Turns out, great hair doesn’t require a ton of time. Similar to cooking, once you master the basics, you have the skills to whip up one good hair day after the next. Ponytail A ponytail is the easiest way to put together in a hurry. The key is placing it high on the crown of the head for a lifting effect. Topknot This casual up-do is polished yet playful, so it
can take you from the office to dinner with ease. Plus, the dirtier your hair, the better it looks and stays in place. Blowout This look is appropriate for every occasion. Braid Braids only take a few minutes to create, yet they look like you spent much longer. Beach Waves
It’s youthful, carefree, and can be worn on almost any length of hair.

TRAVELLING WITH KIDS
T
is going to push your buttons. Usually we get upset when our kids are not doing what we want them to do. Again, realize what you aren’t responsible for. There’s confusion for many parents as to what we’re really responsible for and what we’re not responsible for.
Firstly, make the commitment not to lose it. Remind yourself that you’re going to try to stay in control from now on. Next, expect that your child
Then, prepare ahead of time. Notice when the anxiety is high and try to prepare for it. Also ask yourself “What’s helped me in the past?” Start thinking about what’s helped you to manage your anxiety in the past.
ravelling with children can be frustrating. You can end up releasing your frustrations on a child in public. When you try to manage your child’s behavior instead of your own anxiety, what you’re saying is, ‘I’m out of control. I need you to change so that I can feel better. Here are some things I’ve found to be helpful to parents
NON STOP FLIGHTS VS CONNECTING FLIGHTS
A
nonstop flight is just a single flight between two airports with no stops. While a connecting flight will take at least two different planes with two different flight numbers to reach your final destination. Here are some positives of both flights to guide you when booking a flight. The nonstop flight is shorter. Since a nonstop flight goes directly from the origin airport to the destination airport, without any intermediate stops or any connections between the two cities, it is generally the shortest path. Less chance of complications. When multiple connections are involved, there is always some chance that the first flight might get delayed and arrive late, possibly causing the traveler to miss the second, connecting flight.
In addition, take a breath. Take a deep breath when you feel yourself escalating—and take a moment to think things through. Furthermore, keep some slogans in your head. Say something to yourself every time you feel your emotions rising. It can be anything from “Stop” or “Breathe” or “Slow down” to “Does it really matter?” or “Is this that important?” Finally, think about what you want your relationship to look like. The thinking process itself helps us to calm down.
MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK
S
wirls of opaque mist hide the advancing dawn. The first shafts of sun color the fluffy grass heads rippling across the plain in a russet halo. This is Tanzania’s fourthlargest national park, and the most accessible from Dar es Salaam. With almost guaranteed year-round wildlife sightings, Mikumi makes an ideal safari destination for those without much time. Mikumi National Park abuts the northern border of Africa's biggest game reserve, the Selous, and is transected by the surfaced road between Dar es Salaam and Iringa. It is thus the most accessible part of a 75,000 square kilometer (47,000 square mile) tract of wilderness that stretches east almost as far as the Indian Ocean. Mikumi hosts buffaloes, wildebeests, giraffes, elephants, lions, zebras, leopards, crocodiles and more, and chances are high that you’ll see a respectable sampling of these within a short time of entering the park. Mikumi is an important educational and research centre. Among the various projects being carried out is an ongoing field study of yellow baboons, which is one of just a handful of such long-term primate studies on the continent.
Connecting flights might be relatively less expensive. Since many people prefer non-stops, there is often more demand for these flights, which can cause the less expensive seats to sell out fast, leaving higher prices seats, and possibly raising the costs of the flight to most travelers. It can be hard to find cheap nonstop flights or deals on such flight tickets due to this higher demand. Also, there are more flight times and flight choices for connecting flights. Despite this, there are many factors to weigh when choosing a flight and make your choice easier.

HAND WASHING STEPS
E
ntering a public bathroom sometimes feels like playing with bacteria. Humans have come up with numerous life hacks over the years to minimize the germs we come into contact with, from using toilet seat liners to opening the door with a paper towel on the way out despite the fact that the door knob is one of the cleanest parts of a public bathroom. Being overly cautious isn’t necessarily a probPage

To avoid being another dirty statistic, follow this step-by-step guide for proper technique at the bathroom sink.
While it may seem like a minor issue, improper hand washing accounts for nearly half of all food-borne illness. And while two-thirds of adults typically wash their hands in a public restroom with soap and water, few people suds and scrub for the recommended 20 seconds.
