Even snacks scream pumpkins in the fall! Quick and yum quesadillas within 20 minutes! A perfect snack for the perfect fall! Ingredients • 2 cups canned pure pumpkin puree • 1 teaspoon ground cumin • 8 inches flour tortillas • 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted • 1/4 cup vegetable oil Directions In bowl, stir pumpkin and cumin; season. Spread over 4 tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese and nuts. Top with remaining tortillas. In large skillet, heat 1 tbsp. oil over medium-low. Cook quesadillas 1 at a time, turning once and adding more oil between batches, until browned, 3 minutes. Cut into wedges.

Man Mo Temple Take a walk into the history and culture of traditional Hong Kong, and plan a visit to Man Mo Temple. The oldest and most famous religious monument in the city, the temple is dedicated to Man Cheong, the God of Literature, and Mo Tai, the God of Martial Valor. Constructed between 1847 and 1862, the Man Mo Temple compound also includes Lit Shing Kung and Kung Sor. The architecture features traditional Chinese style, with aesthetic features like sliding screen doors, granite drum platforms, alters, humpbacked roofs, impressive granite columns and beautifully designed courtyards. Decorations include traditional wood carvings, ceramic figurines, plaster mouldings and murals and granite sculptures. If you're lucky, you may even catch the Man Mo Temple's Autumn Sacrificial Rites honoring Man Cheong and Mo Tai while praying for Hong Kong's prosperity. Hong Kong offers an exciting mixture of Eastern and Western cultures along with enjoyable entertainment, rich artistic centers and historic monuments.

CERVICAL CANCER It is a type of cancer that develops in a woman’s cervix (the entrance to the womb from the vagina). It is one of the deadliest types of gynecological cancer, but can be treated with a high success rate if detected early.
SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS Unusual Vaginal Discharges: When the cancer start growing in the cervix, the cells in lining of the uterus begin to produce watery discharges. Warts: The appearance of small warts (external and internal) serves as a red flag for some diseases such as HPV which greatly increase the chances of cervical cancer.
Weight Loss: Most forms of cancers suppress appetite thus resulting to weight loss.
Pain and Bleeding: Cervical cancer grows on the walls of the cervix and causes it to dry out and even crack which results in discomfort and bleeding. There may also be rectal and bladder bleeding. If you notice bleeding outside menstrual cycle one must visit a Gynaecologist immediately.
KNOWN RISK FACTORS: Smoking or inhaling second-hand smoke, having multiple sex partners, having unprotected sex, multiparity and many more.

Tips for Dealing With an Angry Child A child may be trying to let the world know that his/her life is not what it ought to be. Regardless of the reason, it looks the same. But how can we deal with this angry attitude without being a psychologist?
A Parent's Job is to Understand, Not to Fix Things Listening for understanding is impossible when a child is "drunk" on anger. Never reason with an angry child. Instead say, "It sounds like you're really mad. I want to listen and understand. I will listen when you're voice is as calm as mine. Come back then." If you can't make the child leave, you leave. "Why does my child always have an attitude? She's often disruptive, disrespectful or picking on other children. She's always the one with a chip on her shoulder." This frustrated parent expresses the feelings of many–Why is my child angry and how do I deal with it? A child who acts out may be expressing other emotions through anger. A youngster may be experiencing a loss, a divorce or a move.

Be prepared to repeat your calm statement if the child is determined to yell out the anger without leaving. "Don't worry about it now. We'll talk when you're calm."You may need to say this several times. Be prepared to play "broken record" with, what did I say? Use these phrases instead of reasoning. Reasoning will only fuel the anger.
"Thanks for Sharing That"
Once the child is able to discuss the anger, listen without reasoning. Try to avoid telling the child why he/she should not be angry. Avoid telling them that things will be okay and how to make it better. Your job is to prove that you understand – "It sounds like you get mad when I tell you it's time to do your chores. Thanks for sharing that with me. I'll give it some thought. If you think of a better way for me to remind you, let me know."
When Anger Continues If, despite your best attempts to understand your child's anger, there is no change in behavior after three months, parents should seek professional counseling for their child. In some instances, chronic anger is best helped by a professional. Never reason with an angry child. Use empathy and understanding instead. "It sounds like you're really mad. I want to listen and understand. And I will listen when your voice is as calm as mine. Come back then."
