Ingredients: 1 cup white rice 1.5 tablespoons olive oil 1 yellow onion (thinly sliced) 2 teaspoons curry powder 0.5 cup plain yoghurt 0.75 cup heavy cream 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt 0.25 teaspoon black pepper 14.5 ounces can diced tomatoes, drained 1 chicken, diced 0.25 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped well Cook the rice according to the directions on the package.
Heat the oil in a skillet on medium-low heat. Add the onions and cook, stirring occasionally for 7 minutes. Sprinkle with curry powder and cook for another 1 minute while stirring. Add yoghurt and cream and simmer gently for 3 minutes. Stir in salt pepper and tomatoes. Remove from heat. Divide the rice and chicken in individual bowls and spoon the sauce over the top. Sprinkle with cilantro right before you serve. Serves 6 Total Time invested: 30 minutes

As soon as the leader suggests this with confidence the subconscious mind of the person absorbs it and his actions are influenced by it turning it into reality. Finally, the most practiced method of influence is the negative motivation technique where people are influenced by rewards while others are influenced by the desire to avoid punishments..

Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women worldwide according to the World Health Organization, claiming the lives of hundreds of thousands of women each year and affecting countries at all levels of modernization Mammography is a specialized medical imaging that uses a low-dose x-ray system to see inside the breasts. A mammography exam can detect early breast disease in women who are experiencing symptoms such as lump, pain, nipple discharge or color changes on the breast also its used as a screening tool to detect breast cancer in women experiencing no symptoms Mammography plays a central part in early detection of breast cancers because it can show changes in the breast up to two years before a patient or physician can feel them. It is recommended that women aged 40 and above should have screening of the breast every 2-3years. Research has shown that such mammograms lead to early detection of breast cancers, when they are most curable and breast-conservation therapies are available. Currently there is insufficient knowledge on the causes of breast cancer; therefore, early detection of the disease remains the cornerstone of breast cancer control. When breast cancer is detected early, and if adequate diagnosis and treatment are available, there is a good chance that breast cancer can be cured. If detected late, curative treatment is often no longer an option. In such cases, palliative care to relieve the suffering of patients and their families is needed. What Is Breast Cancer? Breast cancer is a disease in which malignant (cancer) cells form in the tissues of the breast. It is characterized by abnormal cells that grow and invade healthy cells in the body. Normally starts in the cells of the breast as a group of cancer cells that invade surrounding tissues or spread (metastasize) to other areas of the body.
Facts about Breast Cancer in the United States • One in eight women in the United States will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime. • Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in women. • Breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death among women. • Each year it is estimated that over 246,660 women in the United States will be diagnosed with breast cancer and more than 40,000 will die. • On average, every 2 minutes a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer and 1 woman will die of breast cancer every 13 minutes. • Over 2.8 million breast cancer survivors are alive in the United States today • Breast cancer in men is rare, an estimated 2,600 men will be diagnosed with breast cancer and approximately 440 will die each year • At Sali International Hospital we have a mammography machine, the latest version using ICR system which uses a computer to process the mammogram image hence resulting in good quality images and makes diagnosis easy. Guide for first time parents – Getting
your baby to healthy sleeping habits! Some babies sleep much more than others. Some sleep for long periods, others in short bursts. Some soon sleep through the night, while some don't for a long time. Your baby will have their own pattern of waking and sleeping, and it's unlikely to be the same as other babies you know. It's also unlikely to fit in with your need for sleep. Try to sleep when your baby sleeps.
GET A GPS VEHICLE TRACKER-DEVICE
If you're breastfeeding, in the early weeks your baby is likely to doze off for short periods during a feed. Carry on feeding until you think your baby has finished or until they're fully asleep. This is a good opportunity for you to try to get a bit of rest as well. If you're not sleeping at the same time as your baby, don't worry about keeping the house silent while they sleep. It's
good to get your baby used to sleeping through a certain amount of noise. You may feel ready to introduce a bedtime routine when your baby is around three months old. Getting them into a simple, soothing bedtime routine can be helpful for everyone and help prevent sleeping problems later on. It's also a great opportunity to have oneto-one time with your baby.
The routine could consist of having a bath and changing into a fresher pair of clothes, reading a bedtime story or singing/playing a lullaby, dimming the lights to create a calm atmosphere. As your child gets older, it can be helpful to keep to a similar bedtime routine. Spend some time winding down and doing some calmer activities before bed.
