Not only does Swadeshri help them to save their money but also invest it for their secured future. This way, it also contributes to Nations Goal of ‘Financial Inclusion’. According to her, this is the cornerstone of a sustainable and self-reliant economy.

The Altruistic Vision Behind Swadeshri

Through Swadeshri Advisory Services, Dhanashri holds the mission to create a meaningful and holistic change in the lives of women. The company’s major clientele specifically consists of young women from small towns, who have great ideas but not the necessary level of financial & procedural support.

To foster their entrepreneurial vision and livelihood creation, Swadeshri hand holds these women across various aspects, such as:

» Getting various clearances and permissions for business. » Helping procure and efficiently utilize funds. » Identifying their True Passions via a Passion Test Series. » Providing Money Manifestation Strategies. » Helping manage Work-life balance. » Fostering their Personal Development The most noteworthy aspect of Swadeshri’s services is the fact that it doesn’t just focus on money matters; it also emphasizes the social aspects of a woman. It designs a sustainable, tailormade solution with a human face for every case, thereby unleashing the latent unique potential of each woman.

Surmounting Market Challenges

As a leader with a reformative vision for women, Dhanashri is faced with a slew of daunting challenges while maneuvering her company. The first and foremost problem is to make people evolve out of the traditional old mentality that women should only cater to their children and household chores. She faced these barriers from her colleagues and seniors when she started working in Delhi. However, thanks to the progressive thinking and love & support from her husband and family, she was able to overcome these eventually. Some other problems the company faces is to get connected with the real beneficiaries, understand their needs, and work upon them online amid the pandemic. In addition, they also have the responsibility of keeping clients motivated to follow their dreams despite all odds & failures. Thanks to Dhanashri’s dogged persistence, the company is surmounting the aforesaid setbacks and gaining stability & momentum with time. In the process, she’s leveraging the power of digital media to maximise her impact.

Spurring Change Through Online Platforms

Dhanashri owes much of her brand’s current success to social media. Unequivocally, she believes it’s a powerful tool to spark a palpable change in today’s society. With the IT revolution in the country, she elucidates that social media has become a pervasive platform where people can share the results of their hard work. Moreover, it has the power to reach millions at a relatively low cost.

Social media has given a voice and power to those who have been excluded by traditional media for ages. With the advent of novel technologies, many social media applications like Twitter, Telegram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others have been playing a key role in facilitating rapid flow of information. In terms of business advantages, the aforesaid platforms have helped Swadeshri easily connect with clients, gain vital information regarding them, connect with various stakeholders or investors, and also share their success stories. Conversely, the clients can also easily connect with them via a FB or WhatsApp text, or share their problem via a video or voice note on these platforms to get a real time solution.

Keeping The Pace Amid COVID-19

Amid the current pandemic, the relentless client support of Swadeshri witnessed numerous hindrances from the volatile market. Dhanashri observes that as COVID-19 continues to affect livelihoods around the world, she can already see that its economic fallout is having a regressive effect on gender equality. By her calculation, women’s jobs are 1.8 times more vulnerable to this crisis than men’s jobs Women make up 39 percent of global employment but account for 54 percent of overall job losses. One reason for the greater effect on women is that the virus is significantly increasing the burden of unpaid care, which is disproportionately carried by women. This, among other factors, means that women’s employment is dropping faster than average, even accounting for the fact that women and men work in different sectors. Furthermore, it is important to note that the impact could be more severe than the one Dhanashri has modelled here, if factors such as increased childcare burdens, attitudinal bias, slower recovery, or reduced public and private spending on services like education/childcare are considered. These factors make women leave the labor market permanently. The magnitude of inequality is striking; using data and trends from unemployment surveys in the US and India, where genderdisaggregated data is available, Dhanashri has derived the aforementioned statistics which signal a looming threat for women employment. To combat this employment threat, Dhanashri and her team are pouring in indefatigable efforts to holistically bolster women and their businesses. They’re also making a conscious initiative to propagate the cause across the country and spread awareness about their ongoing challenges.

Dhanashri’s Success Mindset for Entrepreneurship

The indomitable can-do spirit of Dhanashri towards women equality finds its roots in a mindset of consistency. This has been conspicuously evident in her since her formative days in Nandgaon, a small town in Nashik, Maharashtra. Knowing the unequivocal importance of this quality, Dhanashri recommends all to be consistent in whatever business or life goals they have, and have a firm belief in their idea and give their best at it. Sometimes, it takes 10 years to get to that one year that will change your life....That’s why it’s worth imprinting in your mind: “JUST KEEP GOING. REMAIN CONSISTENT”. Dhanashri furthermore elucidates that consistency is the precursor to all noteworthy success in business. Nothing is more effective than consistency when it comes to making your company or performance stand out. In short, it is a “success habit” that leads to remarkable projects. Speaking of impediments, Dhanashri strongly urges all to never let the negative opinions of others get in the way of achieving your dreams. People will always be critical of whatever you do. Remember, however, these same people will clap for you when you achieve something significant. She furthermore spurs all to hone their transmutative ability for success – shielding your weakness into strengths and converting threats into opportunities. CA Dhanashri also believes in team spirit and always attributes her success to the team which supports her.

Takeaways For Women Entrepreneurs

Staying true to her staunch ideals, Dhanashri carefully chose the name of the Company Swadeshri to develop home-grown entrepreneurship and to realize the vision of “Atma Nirbhar Bharat” by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. The basic philosophy of the company is “Every Girl has right to dream and we walk an extra mile with you to fulfil our dream”; the Motto of the company is “Your success is our business”. On a concluding note, she shares some invaluable insights which she feels will maximize the progress of budding female entrepreneurs:

Develop Your Passion

According to Dhanashri, many people misunderstand what passion is. They confuse interest with passion, but passion is the addition of interest and skills. It’s great that you’re interested in something, but for your interest to become a passion, you need to tirelessly work to acquire these skills. Once you’ve developed a passion, which is inward-focused, you want to use it to create an impact that’s outward-focused. The nature of this positive impact for others may then become your purpose.

Learn to Work With Numbers

The number one thing entrepreneurs need to understand is how they’ll make money. More specifically, they should learn to calculate what they can anticipate in terms of revenue and expenses once they start the business. This should take precedence over the general belief that customers will want to pay for their products or services. There are a lot of financial planning tasks associated with running a business, such as setting pricing, creating forecasts, managing cash flow, preparing taxes, etc. All of this should be meticulously calibrated to achieve a seamless functioning.

Be Open to Change & Innovation

Often, people in business get used to processes that are done in one way. Dhanashri however gas learnt to be open to change & innovation. On the operational front, she feels utilizing enterprise collaboration software and workflow automation is a powerful enhancer while growing a business. Furthermore she has learnt the fine art of striking a balance on multiple fronts. Trying to create a balanced operational strategy by combining people, technology, and processes is the point that will make you unique and stand out.

BEauty is for EvEryoNE How we can maintain our beauty for a lifelong

Age is just a number and staying the same way beautiful is of utmost necessity to show the world that we can only age in number and not by nature. Using the same cosmetics of healthcare products at any age is not going to make any changes for the better especially when you age. Your skin requires sensitive care with each passing age and some of your products need to be changed as you age. If you want to stay as lively as you looked on your wedding day then chances are that you need a skincare and cosmetic makeover. Women often get stuck in beauty time wrap and try to re-create their young age look. However, they are unaware of certain beauty tips and hacks that can help them achieve so. Let us look at how we can stay the same beautiful at any decade of our lives:

Life during the 20s and 30s

It is a period of utmost skincare and sensitivity when the skin breaks out and is highly acne and blemish-prone. Also, there is a fight to get more radiant skin. So, the chief step to acquire so is to apply regular sunscreen. It protects skin from unwanted natural toxins especially from harmful U.V rays of the sun. Young age women must commit to proper sunscreen and reduce their skin risks to cancer and wrinkles from an early age. Ageing just dipping in right from the 30s so skincare coupled with a balanced diet is a regular issue to be kept in check.

Between the 30s and 40s

This is the period when your skin needs proper cleansing, toning and moisturizing. If there are any unlikely problems then it is best to be under a good dermatologist. Regular cleanup and skin monitoring are necessary. Most pregnant women must also keep a check on their lifestyle and help them with a proper diet which in turn can enhance skin quality and beauty. To look more trendy and modern, one can simply switch to the best cosmetics available on the market. However, using products containing alpha-hydroxyl or betahydroxy acids is recommended. These may include a variety of skin polishers and scrubs.

Life post-40s

The skin of every woman needs something at every age. But post 40, wearing a metallic shine over eyes or a simple glimmer lipstick shade can enhance your beauty only when the skin gets what it needs the most. Certain problems that don’t pop up during the early 20s or late 30s, definitely pop up or there are chances to come up after the 40s. Fine lines and wrinkles appear once you hit 40. This problem is due to collagen breakdown-natural fibre’s that form an invisible network of support underneath the skin and keep the skin plump and firm. The skin loses its moist look and becomes fragile. So the best thing to do is switch to skin expert solutions and try natural home-based products that first prevents ageing. The use of retinoids stimulates collagen production under the skin.

After the 50s and more

The skin starts getting damaged if proper care has not been taken till the 30s. At this span of life, the appearance of dead skin cells, toxins and dark patches appear. The elasticity loosens and wrinkles appear prominently. In case of serious ageing, one can opt for dermatologic procedures like

Thermage – a radiofrequency treatment or Faxel- a laser treatment to tighten skin and stimulate further collagen production. There are high chances of hormone-related skin problems, including adult acne.

Sometimes it may be a gynecological problem due to menopause which also needs to diagnose with much importance. Often acne is confused with rosacea, another skin problem that results in very bad breakouts which require different treatment. 50+ women need extra care to protect skin from damage and reduce the harmful effects of menopause. Products designed to increase collagen production, including antioxidants like idebenone C Vitamin C and copper peptides, must be used. Thus, to minimize the adversity and skin problems at any age of your life and to stay flawless and young, one must undertake these above steps and mostly follow a balanced diet and a proper healthy lifestyle. A good mind and body is the secret to good skin. Above 50 and 60 skin needs focusing on products with super-moisturizing ingredients like hyaluronic acid, wrinklefighters like pentapeptides and idebenone. Firming creams acts as a streamlined facial contour along sunblock must be continued to use.

One of Atlas System’s most successful products, PRIME, provides capabilities that assist Health Plans and

Providers with improving the experience and outcomes of patient engagement by solving the dilemma of provider data accuracy. This is especially important given federal and state regulations, including the No Surprises Act that went into effect on 1/1/2022. “ “What sets PRIME apart is that it is not a data aggregator. Atlas differentiates this offering by aligning the organization, processes, and technology to the specific needs of our clients. This results in highquality data updates with improved interoperability between the Health

Plans and their Providers”, - Robert Branchini, Chief Technology

Officer at ATLAS SYSTEMS

Robert brings over 25 years of experience in leading large teams and managing multi-million fiscal responsibilities. He was previously Vice President of Information Technology at organizations such as EmblemHealth and GHI. His valuable industry insights, strategies, and execution skills have led to complex business and IT transformations in the dynamic and highly regulated healthcare market.

Noteworthy Entrepreneurial Route

An engineer by trade, Mr. Chalamala got bitten by the entrepreneur bug, witnessing tremendous opportunities to help clients solve their business challenges. Thus, Atlas Systems was born with a focus on leveraging advancements in technology to improve client businesses. Since then, Mr. Chalamala has shaped his small business into a first-tier global service and software solutions provider. He is actively involved in the business community

through various organizations like the New Jersey Technology Council, Young Presidents Organization, TIE and Mercer Chamber of Commerce.

Journey Since Foundation

In the beginning, Venugopala faced numerous challenges. His journey started with making a significant decision - whether to take external funding or move forward with bootstrap. After much consideration, he chose the latter. One by one, his resilience and burning passion for empowering clients helped him overcome all challenges. Fast forward to 2022, Venugopala Chalamala has a string of successful years running a strong managed IT services business. Atlas Systems has completed hundreds of projects across various industry segments and has empowered top global brands with advanced solutions. Looking back, Venugopala relishes this fantastic journey, sharing that he wouldn’t trade it for anything.

A Customer-Centric Philosophy

Like any other IT company aiming to convert new prospects into happy clients, Atlas runs large marketing programs and various campaigns across digital channels. It has a great mix of inbound and outbound marketing strategies deployed. The secret to its success, however, is something else. Atlas Systems’ focus on quality client service has made it a trusted IT services partner for mid and large enterprises in the United States. Being a value-driven company, Atlas Systems prioritizes its customers to the greatest degree. Since its inception, its delivery teams have consistently met client benchmarks. This approach has won the company many new clients through references from existing customers. As Venugopala proudly shares, “Dependability is the first thing that enters a consumer’s mind when they see Atlas Systems. We have fair brand recognition, and most of our business comes from references. Our clients refer us; that is a testimonial of our work.” Today, Atlas Systems delivers value by sharing risk, adding insight, and deploying resources with excellent domain expertise and product experience. It has strategically positioned itself to service this segment with the 3P philosophy - People, Process, and Platform. The brand sees itself as big enough to service and small enough to care. It focuses on mid-market, where clients don’t get attention from large providers, and small providers don’t have the breadth and depth to service.

Standing Strong Amidst Trying Times

Mr. Chalamala reveals that Atlas Systems has had a very high customer acquisition rate for more than since 2003. “It shows the sheer amount of confidence clients have in Atlas. We always put the client first and use technology as an enabler”. However, this didn’t come easy; there were times when his entrepreneurial resilience was put to the test. To share a recent example, Atlas continued to support its clients at the same level of service even amidst deep budgets cuts and long-awaited payment terms. The company understands how paramount it is to help employees during difficult times. It stood beside them with no furloughs or layoffs despite the significant impact on business during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Future Plans

Atlas Systems aims to expand its industry footprint by providing better service, which helps businesses reach new heights. Given that the future is tech-dependent, the company is making significant investments in AI practice. Venugopala also looks forward to achieving a work-life balance within the following year.

A Message to Aspiring Entrepreneurs

As a seasoned entrepreneur with decades of experience, Mr. Chalamala very well understands the significance of a long-term vision. He urges young entrepreneurs not to be deterred by temporary setbacks & challenges. His one key advice: “Equity is costly, don’t give it away!”

Helping Businesses #WorkFromAnywhere

Arnav Gupta | Founder & CEO | We360.ai

The last decade has witnessed a surge of dynamic technologies that’ve redefined the operations of several industries. In the last few years especially, this change has been most palpable with the remarkable rise of work-fromhome and remote operations for businesses. A few companies have been particularly adept at adapting to the evolving demands of this new market. Their novel technologies have paved the way for breakthrough concepts that’ve collectively raised the innovation standards of their industry. In this article, we’ll be covering one such esteemed company, We360. ai, which is a pioneer in providing efficient employee monitoring software to businesses. The company has ushered new standards of excellence in its niche technology, thereby maximizing the employee productivity of clients. From ingenious tech to empathetic customer care, there are various defining elements that have shaped a robust growth trajectory for the company.

The Inspiration That Conceived the Brand

We360.ai was conceived by young entrepreneur Arnav Gupta in 2020 along with his co-founders Swapnil and Sandeep, in response to

the remote working trend that gained momentum amid COVID-19. His vision was to help businesses optimize the productivity of their workforce, which saw a conspicuous decline owing to the new home-working environment. Arnav was furthermore spurred by an intrinsic drive to create his own startup and provide value for SMBs, who are generally neglected. He also attributes his entrepreneurial drive to genetic inheritance; his father too is an entrepreneur who has his own company. Arnav’s foremost belief is that if you create value and solve problems, it will have a definite impact on the world. Speaking of his initial entrepreneurial struggles, Arnav recalls how he had a hard time on the recruitment front. Being in a Tier-2 City, it was always difficult for him to find people with relevant skills and experience to build a startup. His team eventually started skill development of the people they hired and it helped a lot. Over time, he was able to develop a strong workforce with a broad array of abilities & competencies. As of 2022, We360 has created a palpable impact in the market, redefining the productivity standards of several clients from both national & international backgrounds. Its success can be largely attributed to the extensiveness of its service portfolio.

We360’s Multifaceted Services

As a value-driven professional, Arnav believes that intent and integrity is always superior to intellect. He aims to serve clients in the most optimal manner by creating a unique ecosystem of services for SMBs in India. This would solve their problem of acquiring 5 different software by syncing them all in one place.

Given below are the different facets encompassed by We360:

» Automated Attendance. » Productivity Monitoring. » HR Tech. » Project & Task Management.

In addition to its services, the company is also characterized by an integral emphasis on its customer care and marketing fronts.

Integral Customer Care & Marketing

The We360 Brand stands for the motto #WorkFromAnywhere. The first thing that the company conveys through its brand is that clients can be relieved and trust its software to help their employees work from anywhere in the world, and still be productive and in sync. So as to ensure holistic care, the company has created a customer success team to personally talk to all clients via email or phone. This helps them better resolve their problems and educate them better to use their software with best practices. On the marketing front, the company refrains from using inauthentic, mass-scale tactics and prefers a more conscious approach. It leverages account-based and intentbased marketing to reach companies around the world in a cost-effective manner.

Reinventing The Industry

Going forward, We360 has some ambitious plans which it’ll systematically execute in the coming time. Speaking of its goals for 2022, the company plans to bring in Health360, which will be a powerful aid for managers and business owners. It will effectively help them know the overall health of their organization with respect to burnouts, underutilization, etc. Another foremost objective of the company is to make its software more ‘employee-friendly’. In essence, they want it to act as a self-help tool for employees to check their own productivity. Arnav also hopes to secure his first round of funding for his startup in these years. Being from a Tier-2 city, he strongly believes that startups tend to lose focus over the long run. He strives to be strongly focused on his journey and create a better product for his consumers every day.

Arnav’s Rich Entrepreneurial Insights

The years of arduousness fazed by Arnav in entrepreneurship has taught him some invaluable lessons. Being a college dropout, things were way more difficult for him than he first imagined. He believes constantly upskilling himself has helped a lot in this regard. Furthermore, he feels finding a good mentor early on in the journey proved to be very powerful. Dr. Nilesh played this role in his life. He quotes Gary Vaynerchuk saying “If anybody ever did it, then you can do it too!”

Lastly, Arnav sums up his entrepreneurial wisdom in two key takeaways that were greatly attributed to his supportive peers. They go as follows:

a. The most practical way to succeed is to surround yourself with people who are more intelligent than you and show them a common vision. Finding a good mentor early in the journey is a game-changer.

b. The more you sweat , the luckier you get.

As rightly said by Elon Musk - Being an entrepreneur is like eating glass and starting into the abyss of death. If you feel like you are up for that , then only start a company.

Gautam Adani- college dropout to billionaire entrepreneur

Success Story

Dreaming big is not everyone’s cup of tea. Making it a reality is another tough challenge. Gautam Adani as the name says is an Indian billionaire entrepreneur and industrialist who founded the Ahmedabadbased multinational conglomerate called ‘Adani Group’ involved in development and operations in India.

In search for a better future

Born in a Gujarati family in 1962, Gautam’s father was a textile merchant. After completion of schooling from Sheth Chimanlal Nagindas Vidyalaya School, he enrolled at Gujarat University and began his graduation from there in commerce. Soon after this, he realised that he wants something different and that patent academics is not meant for him. He dropped out of college shocking everyone in the second year and move to Mumbai in 1978, still as a teenager. It was his city of dreams but he holds just a hundred bucks in his pockets. His career began as a diamond sorter for Mahendra Brothers for the next 3 years in the city. While at this job, Adani who always wanted to dream big and accomplish it with his efforts, established his diamond brokerage firm at Zaveri Bazaar, the unrivalled diamond colony in Mumbai.

Stepping into success

Soon after this Gautam started to manage the business of his elder brother, Mansukhbhai Adani in 1981 who bought a plastics unit in Ahmedabad and put Gautam in charge of importing primary polymers business for small-scale industries in around the next 4 years. Finally, in 1988, Gautam Adani founded his dream company, Adani Exports Limited as the holding company of Adani Group. Currently, it is known to the world as Adani Enterprises Limited. Initially, it dealt with only agriculture and power operations and commodities but later business flourished and expanded to several other sectors such as resources, logistics, energy, aerospace, defence, etc. among others. Trading of core agro-based products along with textiles and metals exceeded the company’s fortune by many folds from around 1991. The Government of Ahmedabad soon granted him the contract for managerial outsourcing of the Mundra Port.

Hindrances to achieved growth

Through the relentless zeal and perseverance of Michael, what started as a project of passion way back in 2004 is now a successful franchise chain. Growing at a staggering pace, it has expanded throughout the United States. For Michael, it has been an eventful journey and a rewarding experience knowing that the legacy of the brand has ever so grown stronger day by day standing on the core pillars of quality and staying focused on the mission.

The Life of CEO

The life of a CEO is often thought of as a road less travelled by, the one which is of struggles but certainly full of lessons that one can learn during this period. Michael believes that every leader has their own sets of hardships on their journey of learning and understanding. As a successful entrepreneur himself, he asserts that struggles may be idiosyncratic, what is important is how to face adversity, get stronger, and move forward towards your goal. Michael is grateful for all the challenges life has thrown at him and the experiences have turned him into a versatile leader. What makes Michael satisfied are the people who believed in him and are still present as his support system. His existence will be incomplete without a team, where he modestly remarks that he is not that good enough, smart enough, and important enough to achieve this spectacular feat without any of them.

Dominating the market

Every client that the company serves is special to them. What is important to know is that the care and the service they provide are beyond luxury or comfort. Treat the client as if you are that client and with unmatched diligence provide the care that the entire family wants and relies upon. The trust and belief that our these clients manifest is a serious undertaking for Michael’s team. These sweet little stories are shared every week in franchises spread out across the country that are making an impact on the quality of life of people. Michael is glad that the company is among the favorite providers when it comes to making life better. He describes that on daily basis they adapt, grow and pivot everything from the perspective of their business model to the care provided to an individual. So, changing market trends do not challenge them as they are also not built out of “trend”. For Michael, R&D is paramount, one needs to think in the forward direction and be innovative otherwise they will do what others are doing. “To cater to what clients look for, you need to constantly put in the effort”, he says.

Building people

Michael’s visionary leadership reflects upon the idea that leaders are not meant to please everyone, “There will always be those who will find a reason to be unhappy”, he exclaims. What is vital to understand is, one cannot control the emotions of others, you can only control your response. Michael started the argument and remarked that “most CEOs are overpaid and entitled” when asked about whether CEOs today face equal competition or is there and it’s okay attitude. According to him, the social and economic divide is apparent across all industries. He explains that the top 1% earn staggeringly high income as compared to others. When it comes to Michael, he assures that he is not overpaid rather he prefers to make others happy with the fortune. He has had wages as low as $0 for an entire year where 100% of his wages were given back to the team as wages and benefits. For him, leadership is about making an impact on the brand and not who gets the bigger cheque. He adds that there will be some difference in the compensations based on responsibilities but when a large divide exists in this world, it is a shame not to do anything about it.

What lies ahead in the future?

The company has been a pioneer in this industry and perseveres to sustain this growth. Already in 2022, Michael explains that they have a record number of franchise units joining them. During the conversation, another set of franchise agreements was closed for the Las Vegas, NV area. The future belongs to those who work in the present, Michael and his team are surely on the paths of progress.

Michael is boastful about only two things –

» Absolute joy and fulfilment they bring to the life of others » The team that leads to the mission

He says every other milestone and achievement belongs to them.

When it comes to giving back to society, Michael shares that everything the company does is a step towards the improvement of the quality of life to those under their care, in the relief and security the company provides. He adds that the team and their families to be a part of this amazing brand and community for creating a long-term sustainable professional job that builds trust and make a difference in the lives of ordinary people.

A motivational advice

Michael firmly believes that being a CEO means nothing, an entrepreneur sounds nice but a leader in their true sense will impact the world around us. In short, he says, “Don’t aspire to be an entrepreneur, be a leader”. Michael advises all the budding entrepreneurs who want to shine brighter than the sun is you should back your dreams and turn every failure into a success story. All successful people embrace failures as it is a part of growth and learning. But when you fail because you have given up, is the only time you truly failed otherwise it is better to fail at what you love doing and keep fighting for success.

Use of proper night cream before going to bed is another supplementary hydrating technique as the skin dries up mostly during the nighttime. Hydration not only keeps the skin supple but also controls the fine working of the cells.
